Delicious! I can't wait to spread these on toasted Portuguese sweetbread or bagels.
These flavors were also luscious...well, after sampling at the Farmers Market, I bought them, too.
Yass! Getting my jams.

All of these jams are SO GOOD! They give generous samples. Initially I thought these were on the pricey side at $13-$16 but compared to other options (that I don't think are as good at the grocery store), the cost is fairly reasonableSome of our faves are - Jalapeno (or Habanero) Mango - for going with cheese!- Strawberry (there is no sugar - it is amazing!)- Pineapple Strawberry- Mango- Lilikoi ButterYou can find Akaka at the Kakaako and KCC Farmers Market

they have a booth at kakaako farmers market, and a smaller one at pearlridge farmers market. they sell both jams/jellies and honeys. they even let you taste them before you buy, which is awesome since the flavors are so different.i got there right as they were finishing setting up, and they were still super friendly and helpful even though they were trying to get the last bit set up. they were very knowledgeable about their honeys (which is what i was interested) and after trying the wiliwili one, thats what i ended up walking away with. really loved the flavor of that one.would definitely go back to get more of this one, or maybe even try another honey flavor!

YOW! It's happened again... my review for this food stall has disappeared even though I've been buying their preserves in-person and locally at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market for the past year and have never been to their actual farm which is located on another island.I was originally introduced to the luscious International Taste Award and International Flavor Award-winning tropical jams, butters, and honeys at a local food festival. However, since then, I have routinely purchased the unique tropical-flavored preserves at their food stall at this Farmers Market although they do have the option for online purchasing (http://www.akakafallsfarm.com) and ships Worldwide. There are usually two gregarious representatives from this farm who will offer you free taste samples of whichever product you see in their vast display. They'll even recommend how to use some of their preserves to complement chicken, pork, beef, seafood, or vegetables or use their butters in desserts or as dessert toppings. I like to chit chat with them and exchange recipes with them. Their jams and butters are sourced from fruits grown on their farm, and they use organic cane sugar or naturally evaporated cane sugar as their sweeteners. I believe that their honeys are harvested from local apiaries where the bees collect nectar from local blossoms like macadamia, kiawe, and lehua. They have over 25 different jams or marmalades, 14 kinds of butters, and 7 kinds of honey. Of the 25+ jams, they even offer hot and spicy tropical flavors that work very well with seafood, chicken, venison, beef, pork, or lamb. When you purchase from this stall, a jar of jam or marmalade or fruit butter will cost you about $12/11 oz jar. However, if you purchase 3 or 6 jars, you'll receive further discounts. Bear in mind that some kinds of butter will cost more like $14/jar, because of the higher cost of the ingredients such as their Kona Coffee Hawaiian Chocolate butter or Coconut Dark Chocolate butter so it's good to ask before you buy. We've brought several friends and visitors here to get some of these preserves because we not only praise the high quality and flavors but their jar labels are so darn pretty! Slowly, we're working our way through their preserves and different kinds of honey but will admit that we have our favorites that we've returned to buy more of. Give them a try and you'll taste Hawai'i's Aloha.

Wow! I shop at Pearlridge Farmers Market and get items from this vendor for gifts and myself (hint - great Christmas gifts with good lavosh or for mainland folks.) Awesome local jams and jellies a step above the store bought stuff! You have to try their mango jellies and jams - so fresh tasting! AND you really want to try it with habanero! Eat with cream cheese so you have sweet, spicy, creamy... on lavosh or crackers. You'll think you are in heaven as the flavors meld and melt in your mouth! Mango is seasonal so get it when you can. Sometimes the supply runs out after a while and you need to wait until the next season. The passion fruit with jalapeño also goes well with cream cheese. Like the habanero jellies the heat slowly grows so if you want to eat a lot, pair it with the cream cheese, too. Otherwise solo is great, too. So so good! For the ones with heat, use them as marinades for meat, too. Yummy! I was told the passion fruit with Carolina Reaper pepper is spiciest. Not ready to try it but I did purchase it for someone who loves great in her food. I'll ask her to letme know how hot it is and will update of she does. Anyway plain mango is liquid gold. So good with butter on toast or sweetbread or lavosh.

Amazing. Simply the best Jelly Jam Butter I've ever tasted. Visited today at Farmers Market and so far highlight of my Hawaii vacation. What's even better is I get to take it back with me and recall the beauty of this magnificent land God created. Thank you to the brothers and really look forward to these items being part of a staple in my home. Absolutely a MUST experience when on the Big Island! By the way I'm always on the lookout for that food with just the right combination of sweet with spice that's hotter than your average "hot". These guys have nailed it and with multiple choices. My favorite being the White Pineapple Carolina Reaper, in a pinch though I'd settle for the Passion Fruit Carolina Reaper. The flavor is spot on with enough spice you can feel it. I spent some time sampling the many products and am ready to go back tomorrow! Enjoy!

This is definitely something I do not skip to purchase when I go the Pearlridge farmer's market on Saturdays mornings. I was blown away by the honey I purchased. I went back to the farmer's market to try their jam. I have never tasted a guava Jam like this. Just one bite from the honey or jams you will be floored by the richness in flavor and quality. This is something I would definitely send to family and friends. I love using the honey on the baker dudes sourdough bread and toasting it with mozzarella or just making a simple tea with honey and lemon. The kids love it for snack and so do I.

My daughter and I stopped at the Farmers Market in Kailua, Oahu and they were offering samples, so we started tasting..and couldn't stop! The merchant must have given us 20 different samples on a stick, and every one was amazing. Not just the best tasting marmalade, but the best flavor of any food I think I have ever tasted. I felt like we had made a world wide discovery..complex, unique, fresh delicious flavors. We bought several, and would have liked to buy them all. I could picture using them on meats fish and chicken, and in all sorts of recipes, not to mention toast. And the chocolate..the best..smooth, rich, incredible! So happy to have discovered Akaka Falls Farm!
