Aji Limo Truck

Genuinely the best poke we've ever had, and the service was great! Will be bringing very fond memories of this lovely meal with us when we head back home.

Quick food truck in the north shore area. The location on the map doesn't match where it's located amount the food trucks so it was a bit misleading but we found it nonetheless. The food itself was good, I wish there was more sauce that came with my dish itself and more than the 5 -6 shrimp for the entire portion of food and price point however, it did was needed to do and if staying longer would go back and just ask for my sauce pending on the dish.

Nice place across from sharks cove. The other food trucks were busy but there was only one other couple waiting for their food ahead of us. A lot of chickens around and they are not shy or scared to steal your food! The girl working was very nice! We both decided on poke plates and glad we did. The portions were big, $19 for a plate. The spicy miso was flavorful, the Thai was nice and sweet with the coconut and mango. It was perfect for a hot day at the beach. We ended up taking some home - we couldn't finish it all! My only complaint would be the rice - some pieces were crunchy and for sushi rice, I expected it to stick together more. Overall, not bad at all. Everything on the menu sounded good too.

Not too impressed by this place, although I had high hopes.Of note, this is not related to the brick and mortar Ali Limo restaurant which is also in Haleiwa.Got a large Hawaiian poke and a smaller Thai -style poke; the fish was over-salted and the rice was under cooked. Portions were decent. Also ordered a side/add-on of calamari... nothing to write home about. Won't be coming back here.

One of the best places for poke that you will find period. The only way the Ahi gets any fresher here is if they physically out you on the boat to catch and eat immediately. It's literally the freshest highest quality of Ahi that you can find. They don't skimp on the ahi tuna at all and never in all the years I've been coming here found it to be different any time. It's the same quality and Tatar's you always get. The atmosphere here is very chill and laid back and exactly what you expect to be doing when on the North Shore.

Not my favorite meal. We had limited options because most of the food trucks were closed. The food was mediocre.

The colorful food truck is parked in Pupukea next to seven brothers and a shrimp spot. There's lots of free parking in the adjoining lot. They boast Peruvian Japanese fusion from poke bowls and ceviche to healthier salads, but I feel the food misses the mark. I tried the spicy ahi bowl served over sushi rice for $16.50. The presentation was sloppy and underwhelming. The sushi rice is overly vinegar tasting. I'm not sure if the fish is prepared ceviche style? It has a kind of cooked outer texture which surprised me, differing from traditional local poke which is more smooth and fresh. The sauce itself was tasty though. My daughter and husband liked the yakisoba which was very saucy with crisp cabbage and veggies. The seating area has benches and tables and further down is a grass area for kids to run around. We came later toward 7pm so it got dark and the only light on the tables is a dim multicolored changing lamp. You'll be straining to see your food basically but bust out your phone light, it helps!Overall definitely don't recommend the poke here. Perhaps I should have tried ceviche.

No clue why they have so many stars. They were out of half the things that come with meals, no bread, no fries. Very overpriced. Was not very good food. Incredibly slow service.

Very disappointed with the food. Had the pork belly sandwich and the pork was very overcooked. The bread was fresh. The salad and the Buddha Bowl were ok - nothing special - lots of greens.

Being born and raised here on the island of Oahu, I was recommended to try this food truck on the northshore. I was hungry for some poke. I met the wahine behind the kitchen, her name is Elle. She whipped up some poke that was MEAN! Very satisfied! Mahalo so much!
