Came here for a date night on a Friday night, and wow--what a phenomenal steakhouse! Yes, it's on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the quality of food, service, and ambiance. Everything was top-notch, from the moment we walked in to the moment we (reluctantly) left three hours later. The service here is unmatched--seriously the best I've experienced. The owner even came out to personally tell us how he cooks the tomahawk, which was a really cool touch. We enjoyed every bite of our meal, sipped on wine throughout the night, and soaked in the live music. The wine was served in pottery/ceramic glasses, which was... quirky. I can be a bit of a wine glass snob, but honestly, the overall experience was so fantastic that I was willing to look past it.The ambiance was perfect--dimmed just enough without being too dark. And one thing I must highlight is how clean this place is. The bathrooms? Spotless. The open kitchen? Pristine. Even the light fixtures--not a speck of dust or a single cobweb. That level of attention to detail is rare. This place is a hidden gem, located upstairs of the Pineapple County food court on Lewers. It might be a little tricky to find, but trust me--it's worth it. I can't wait to return and bring family next time.

A 3-star experience is always tough to write about because nothing was bad, exactly, but nothing was particularly good either. That pretty much sums up Aina Steak & Seafood. The tomahawk steak was big, which is nice, but the way they prepared it--cutting it into strips and searing each piece--was unusual. Not necessarily bad, just... different. The problem is that the steak itself didn't have much flavor. It wasn't dry, but it also wasn't particularly juicy or well-seasoned. The assorted salts were a nice touch, and the side of wasabi for the steak was unexpected but actually worked really wellThe calamari and shrimp cocktail? Fine. Nothing that would bring me back. The salad? There was a salad. That's about all there is to say. Nothing stood out, which is probably why the place was nearly empty. One other table in the entire restaurant, which says a lot. The interior was clean, sure, but sitting down, it felt a little cheap--like they spent all their budget making it look nice from a distance but didn't consider how it feels when you're actually there. Overpriced for what it is, but I guess that's the price of mediocrity

About a 1-1.5: Aina Steak & Seafood's menu can be found on their social media, as their main website only offers a glimpse, and the link to their whole menu doesn't work.Either way, we were walking around the area, and we decided to stop by for dinner; we started off with:+a Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad - prepared with mixed greens, strawberries, goat cheese, and toasted mac nut, dressed in a sweet basil honey vinaigrette+a Jumbo Prawn Cocktail - served with housemade cocktail sauceFor our mains, we went for the Ultimate Seafood Platter, which came with king crab, snow crab, lobster, prawns, scallops, abalone, conch, ahi-salmon-hamachi trio, uni, and fresh oysters. For sides, we went for the Truffle Mashed Potatoes, the Grilled Asparagus with Bearnaise, and the Mushroom Medley.Unfortunately, for the price point, we felt that the seafood was incorrectly cooked and prepared, as they were overcooked and rubbery.I liked that they offered a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, such as real fruit-flavored milks and local soda using cane sugar.Service was friendly, but extremely slow-paced. Reservations weren't needed, but there are options to book online, especially for larger groups or if you need a guarantee seating.Public lot is available near the Ritz-Carlton.+inappropriately cooked seafood+slow service

We came here for my husband's birthday. They had such great reviews online and we thought awesome! Made reservations online through yelp, and had to change the time. They are located on Lewers upstairs of the other food places. Once you get upstairs they need to open the door for you from the inside. The interior was very very red. When we got to the restaurant there was NO ONE else. With that being said the people kept coming up to us every 5 seconds and annoying us with the same question by different people. The menu is very small and doesn't have much choices. The owner eventually came up to us telling we should get the dry aged 33 oz bone in ribeye. Also the menu says that it can feed 2-3 people. That is a LIEE!!! My husband could have ate it himself. It was weird that the steak came out cut. We have been to our fair share of steakhouses and they have never cut our steak. And for some reason they cooked one side of the steak once it was cut?? So the steak pieces were close to well done not even close to medium rare. AND they don't even provide a steak knife they only gave a BUTTER KNIFE!! What in the world is up with this restaurant. And the owner comes out and says "so soft don't even need steak knife". I don't care give me a damn steak knife. Before that my husband was still picking at the salad they gave us and one of the other ladies asked if we were done and he said no and the lady goes "I'm not going to steal your salad haha". What was pissed me off was my stomach was a little sore that night so I wasn't eating too much and our initial server lady who had cigarette breath tells me I need to eat more because I'm too skinny. WHAT THE HELL?!?!? Who says that??? Do not try this place, it is awful. Wasted $300 at this place.

Amazing food and service! All of the food was great. I enjoyed the salad, which came with the steak order. We got to try both the strawberry and mango dressings and the strawberry was good but the mango was AMAZING. We also ended up putting some of that dressing on the crab cake and it paired so well. We ordered the bone in ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and was served with 3 types of salt - wasabi, rosemary, and yuzu. There was a subtle different in the flavor and I loved that you can season it to your preference. The sides were all good and I especially loved the mashed potatoes. The sizing of the sides are shareable for maybe 2 people, but for 3 or more people, I would order extra. The dessert was also amazing. They had a lilikoi crème brûlée which was so good - it had the flavor of lilikoi but it was on the sweeter side instead of tart. The chocolate cake was also so good - not overly sweet. We went on a Saturday and were able to get seated right away, but they're also on opentable if you want to make a reservation. They said there's live music on Fridays too, so we plan on coming back on a Friday next time. We parked in a public parking lot near the Ritz, which is right behind the restaurant.

The lobster to the sides, music, asks the owner was amazing and delicious!!! 10/10. It's hidden upstairs on lewers and it's a Gem in my neighborhood! One of the hardest hands on owner and a beautiful ambiance with a little of the owners background mixed in with the steak and seafood world!

Wish I lived here! I would come back!Ordered a strawberry salad with goat cheese, 16oz ribeye bone in, truffle lashed potato, mushrooms, and a lilikoi creme brûlée. The steaks are all 30 day aged. It came with three types of salt (wasabi, yuzu, and a purple one, which I don't remember the name of hehe), but it was all so delicious and a fun experience. The steaks are not buttered so you really taste the flavor of the 30 day aged meat. The truffle mashed was so full of truffle flavor! Honestly, the best mashed I've had. The mushrooms were equally as tasty! Not too soggy and had a wonderful grilled flavor. The sides are on the smaller end and best for a single person, unless you have a small appetite. The service was amazing too! Shoutout to our server, Lisa! She was so full of smiles and laugh. It definitely made the experience more enjoyable.
