This is my experience only. Come here for all your compounding needs. Recently, my derm had to compound a cream for my face. I'm so happy that we have 2 compounding pharmacies here - one in Aiea, one in Kailua.Everyone is very nice there and they quickly answered any questions I had. Parking is an open lot - super easy and free. They are located on Level 3 in the Aiea Shopping Center. Times supermarket is on Level 1; McDs is on Level 2 and if you drive past McDs, it's the next driveway after McDs. Pharm is located in the left corner next to Wing Stop.

Dependable pharmacy tucked away near Heights Drive Inn. Staff usually pleasant and quick turning over my drugs. Usually get junk food cravings here as you're practically surrounded by candy bars, ice cream, pork rinds and 15 cents chick-o-sticks. They also have a wide selection of DME (durable medical equipment) such as canes, walkers, elevated toilet seats, etc.

This place is in a great location because come on you do need a pharmacy in a medical building. If not there would be a lot of angry people. Hidden away on the ground floor as soon as you enter the parking lot. Depending what time of day you arrive you may be able to find parking or not. I usually can't stand the parking here because it's crowded and small.Parking: Don't forget to stop off at the first floor to use their machine to pay for your parking or use the cards that your doctor provided. If not you are going to be annoyed to go straight to your car and having to go back up to do this process. They do have signs everywhere to warn you.

This place sucks! Had to pick up meds n their process blows . Doc called in my prescription in the am, didn't want to wait so I came back the next day and they weren't ready. I asked to use the phone to activate a discount card (saved me $50) and he made me use the pay phone outside down the hall. WTF! Well, the number is was calling wouldn't recognize the pay phone so I had to run back to my car to get my phone. I will never come back here again.

I get home and my sons liquid antibiotic is into powder form. I call them and they say they forgot to mix it. The lady gives me instructions over the phone on how to mix it myself and tells me to use tap water. So ghetto!

You angry people are amazing. This isn't Long's Drugs. They actually make the individual prescriptions, and don't pull them off the shelf and fill a bottle. I have used two other compounding pharmacies on the mainland and learned I have to order refills and allow a couple, or even four, days ahead before they even ship. I think Aiea is not any worse...probably better. Clue: there are other people besides you that are having their meds made too. It makes sense to me that they would want to keep the phone line open for doctors and clients to order. Geez you had to mix your own powder with water, and you didn't have to go buy water! What a terrible really bad day for you! Ohhh you had to run back to your car to get your phone! You so important, maybe they no recognize you. We are lucky we have a compounding pharmacy here. The market for compounded is small but growing, so imagine they can't keep everything on hand, and for a new prescription, it may be something special they don't keep on hand, but probably would if they know you regularly need it. And pricey? Talk t your insurance company---pricey because my insurer has a deal w/ drug companies and only pay for them. My compounded stuff is way cheaper than a pharmaceutical, but insurance no pay, so I do. Relax folks. Have some Aloha and try to order early and call to see if its ready, and have your phone ready and maybe a little less self-importance. I give them three stars. The parking is difficult.
