Adrian's Smashburger

Wow wow, so good I didn't even take a before picture. My husband was driving past Geiger park on Tuesday at 5pm and saw Adrian's smash burger truck on the side. I don't think we have any other smash burger places in Ewa Beach or Kapolei, not that we know of. And my husband loves a good burger, so he pulled over to grab one. My husband said his order was made pretty fast. He ordered a OG smashburger one with one patty, his with 2 patty and also a side French fries. And brought it home. The French fries thick, crispy, garlic salt it tastes like, super Ono. Couldn't stop eating the fries. I didn't share with my hubby. The burger was super good as well, I loved the sauce that was on it the most! If I could get that sauce on the side for the fries, wow that would the bomb! The patty was nice and thin, perfect for me. The burger itself was a nice size. I enjoyed it a lot. I would definitely go and check them out myself or send the hubby to grab again.

I just had the breakfast smash with an extra patty. Talk about amazing! His special sauce is incredible! Every time I see him I'm going to stop and get a burger. It's worth the weight as he makes it to order.!

Got the OG burger with fries. The caramelized onions and that special worked together really well on the burger. The fries were nicely salted. Since the food truck is by the park where I live I will go there more often.

Where is he located at? Can't seem to locate the food truck on kapolei parkway. Saw the truck at geiger park just one day after that the location is unknown.

One of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! Owner is very friendly and prices are reasonable. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and just go.

Stumbled upon Adrian's Smash burger as I got my morning coffee from Aloha brew, and wow this has been the best burger I've had in a long time. The special sauce is really good and everything was made fresh to order. The price was also very reasonable. I can't wait to try more things on the menu. Also shout out to the man in the truck, assuming that is Adrian himself. My boyfriend is on keto diet and he was able to add in extra lettuce in replace of the bun. Thank you!!!

First time at Adrian's was about 5 months ago when he was just sort of starting out. I decided to stop by after seeing a new truck along the sidewalk by Geiger park. I chatted with him a bit and he said things were a little slow and he was deciding on how to drum up business. Back then, I decided to try his classic. He reassured me that he hand forms all of his parties and uses 100% LOCAL grass fed beef. I got my burger and it was AMAZING! Not super smashed where it's like paper thin, but just smashed enough where the edges had good texture while the center still held some good body to it. When it comes to burgers, if the classic burger is good, I believe the rest will speak for itself. To make something basic taste AMAZING is skill. I went back a few weeks after and decided to do a double smash, a single smash and two orders of fries. I asked for the fries to be cooked well done (crisssssspy). He then reassured me that his fries are perfectly cooked and that I would like them, so I trusted the process. After getting my order, I immediately opened the bag to check the fries and he was right! Perfectly crispy. Perfectly seasoned.

If you're looking for a smashburger in the Ewa area, you won't be disappointed in Adrian's. The OG smashburger is very tasty! It's a good sized burger too.

Very tasty and juicy burger I love their fries as well. Everything is freshly made and amazing. Very ono and a good burger to definitely try if you're ever in Ewa!

Excellent service they answered my questions about the menu and the food was beyond expectations. The burger melted in my mouth. My favorite part of the meal was their sauce they had it added more flavor without taking away flavor from the food
