This place is the cutest with the sweetest girls. They are always so positive and will help you out together the best ensembles! I shop here all the time. It's usually random. It's the first clothing store you'll see when you walk into the Kahala mall, and should catch your attention with the fun and trendy display! I am so happy to see this store thriving through everything our island has been through with 2020 and all. Regardless, I will keep shopping here for the great quality and affordable prices, but mainly because whoever the buyer is for this store knows how to pick some classy clothing! Love Adore

I went in with my family. A extremely warm and welcoming employee welcomed me. Loved her energy she was younger but as I went further in I was met with an older worker I didn't get her name before I could I was met with her snobby attitude. My relative was asking about some clothes and she seemed uninterested in us but was extremely enthusiastic towards a woman who bought two dresses. By the time we checked out I was met with the same nice employee. But would I come back I don't think so although I love the merchandise the one employee who was snobby and just out of touch with what aloha is ruined the experience. It honestly was extremely rude and I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome like how the worker made me and my family feel. I would have gladly bought a piece full price from you folks, but it was made clear by her attitude that once I chose something from the sale rack I wasn't the kind of customer she'd be nice to and show common decency to. Shout out to the younger girl who was the second worker, she was so nice!

I'm rating this store at kahala mall a three star because usually when I go in it's a good shopping experience. But I went in today on a side walk sale day and the cashier was very rude. The pants I tried on had a huge stain on the side and when I asked if they had another small the girl just said that's all we have. Didn't even bother looking. I've worked in retail myself for years and would have gone to double check even if I knew there was none left. They were not that busy when I went and the other girl working went to look. She was talking g quietly to the other girls working like I was the one being rude. I don't think I'll be shopping in there when she's there.

Adorable store with a vast array of clothing styles to choose from--there's plenty of pieces to suit different styles, and a vast majority seem to be geared towards individuals in their teens to young professionals. Interior seems a bit cluttered, but the selection makes up for it. Adore offers great customer service, which extends to their IG page as well. Little tip: if you see a style that you like on their posts/stories and it's not yet available on their website for purchase (in case you're out of the area or can't drop by the store physically), chances are they'll post it to their website if you ask! Super sweet and helpful!

Nice boutique style women's clothing shop in Kahala mall & also KaMakana Ali'i...lots of different styles to choose from, but all very fashionable... there's something here for everyone... customer service is always helpful here.

Adore always has the cutest selection of clothing and jewelry! Although I never seem to fit any of the clothes well (since I'm a very short and smol Asian girl), their rings are PERFECT. I've bought a few from here and absolutely love them - plus they're very reasonably priced ($8 each I believe). It's fun to sift through their assortment since there's a lot of unique ones. The workers are nice for the most part, but since most of them are young, I've noticed they talk amongst each other a LOT even when there's customers in the store that seem like they could use help. It's personally fine with me since I don't like when associates talk to me while I shop, but as someone that used to work in retail, I find it just a liiiiittle bit unprofessional.

Great sale the other Sunday when Kahala Mall was having a HUGE SIDEWALK SALE with the Hawaiian Airlines Miles promotion!Adore had all kinds of Jewelry for sale! $1 each for necklaces, headbands, earrings, bracelets, charms, etc.I spent $30 for 30 items! what a BARGAIN!!

Adore has been in Kahala Mall for a long time. I honestly usually pass by on my way to the theaters or to other stores because it's kind of tucked away in a corner of the mall. However, they do often participate in Kahala Mall side walk sales, so on my most recent visit to Kahala Mall, I found a sweater like thing on a sale rack. It was 50% off because it had a small hole in it. I was a little desperate for something like it and bought it. For $18, I didn't feel like it was he best deal in town, but I couldn't find something similar and for the same price across the way at FE.... I checked. Aside from clothes, they also sell Aloha waterproof bags (so cute!!) and other accessories. They even have jewelry. The girl helping me was really nice. So no complaints there. When I was checking out, she made me sign my own receipt acknowledging that I understood that I could not return the sale item I purchased. I thought that was kind of weird, but it makes sense, I'm sure they've dealt with customers who complain they were not told of the policy.

I'm all for supporting local businesses but the sales crew is so unprofessional. One in particular -- middle aged Asian lady named Tracy. Talking bad about customers while they're shopping and spending money in theHow shameful and unprofessional. Wow. I was shocked to hear her insulting a customer to a fellow employee. This reflects poorly on the business and it's management i will never shop here again. That left a bad taste. Learn some manners Tracy UPDATE 8/3/2023 emailed the owner on 6/29/2023 but to date have never heard back. What a joke !

This unpleasant shopping experience has led me to reconsider my future patronage of this particular store. As a customer, I believe my business should be valued and appreciated. When I encounter such disregard and unprofessional behavior, it makes me question whether this store truly deserves my loyalty.Given this negative experience, I have decided to explore other options and take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of stores that prioritize customer service and strive to create a welcoming environment. I will seek out those establishments where I can feel acknowledged, respected, and assisted in finding the perfect outfit. Businesses need to understand the impact of their customer interactions and make the necessary improvements to retain loyal customers. Shopping locally is important, especially now in these hard times. I will shop locally at a new local boutique!
