There was a grumpy lady at the counter and checkin was a bit awkward. The guy told me I could bring my iPhone which was in a waterproof pouch attached to my neck but nope when I got to the boat. otherwise experience was really really good! Staff was fun and helpful. The go pro footage is so worth it for my mother to see what went on out there.

Loved our Tour around the Island of Oahu. We did the tour that included Snorkeling. Because the weather was very windy and some rain while we were there, the water was very cloudy. You couldn't see anything. But the 5 of us that did the snorkeling had fun anyways. But I wished that I could have seen some Sea Turtles in clear water.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Highly recommend... a must on the bucket list! Action sports made the experience one of a kind from beginning to end.. we booked our tour with Beth who is a true gem and took flight with captain Mac and Sam who were rockstars!!! They make you feel comfortable and at ease and took the best pictures!! They captured all the best moments of the trip.

Amazing! Kids and adults had fun!. We got on the banana boat for the first time and we really enjoyed it.

We were lucky enough to meet Jason and Beth to book a catamaran sunset booze cruise on short notice while staying in Honolulu O'ahu. They really went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Other people on the same cruise paid twice as much! Not only did we get a bargain deal but the sail boat was fantastic too.

We had an awesome experience on on breakfast whale watching tour. The taro French toast was out of this world. The captain and crew took time to get to know us and also did a wonderful job keeping the boat out of choppy seas and rain. We saw all sorts of sea life. We were sad when the voyage ended because we were having so much fun! The book king experience was great with Beth. Our preferred location wasn't available due to windy weather so she tracked down an alternate cruise that fit our schedule. She also made a special phone call to the captain to be sure there were no safety issue to bring our baby along.

Slow, very expensive, they are affiliated to H2O Sports, do not book here it is a tourist trap. We waited more than 2 hours to just do jet ski. That's ridiculous.

I booked jet ski and parasailing tandem for my trip to Honolulu, Hawaii. I was staying at Royal Hawaiian resort at Waikiki Beach and they do have concierge service but you need to see them in person to book tours. To save time I called action sports and they were able to find tours that fit my thrilling taste and were able to book jet ski with parasailing and they even gave discount as a package. Staff is really friendly and I was amazed when the captain told me that I can jet ski at any speed. I did jet ski with max speed it was worth it. Parasailing was also great. Not only did the owner booked these tours for us but she also provided free tips on where to eat and enjoy other touristy places in Hawaii. It was like having a personal conceirge service, I texted owner to inquire about other activities and she always replied with an energetic tone and gave good advice.

Very helpful, extremely knowledgable about all the activities on the island. Called me back quickly with answers to all my questions. I would use this company again for any of my activities on the island.

this place is unreal....the zipline is soooooo fun......it a ride of a lifetime.......we also did the atv.......love it......it was exciting......a dusty ride, but fun....i highly recommend this place because of the adventures on the facility that's fun for all.....the guides are extremely knowledgeable.......
