Pinterest-like table setting with rentals from Accel. Bamboo poles & cafe lights were installed by the delivery guys for no extra charge.
Accel delivery guys strung the cafe lights & made sure they had electric source. Table, chairs, chair pads all rented from Accel.
It was just like Pinterest. Farm table, chairs w/chair pads, rose gold silverware, rose plates & glassware rented from Accel.

I had an outdoor wedding and everything down to the wire was pretty much a lā carte. I met with several other tent companies but this one was the winner. The place looked a little sketch, even going into their office on the second floor above workers doing laundry of what must've been millions of table covers/napkins/etc. I had a strict budget and laid out everything I wanted. I don't recall her name but she helped give me options. Important details to have in mind before your appt: Venue date, place, budget and number of guests. Then she can help work her magic. After meeting a couple times, we finally decided on the layout of the venue based on the blue prints she conjured up. I was satisfied and ecstatic. Unfortunately I wasn't able to fit chandelier lights in my budget so I settled with a generic type, which I ended up regretting. Not living up to my name, I should've took a picture of the light that wasn't on during the whole wedding on one side of the tent and should've said something. But in the high of the moment, on our day, I ignored it.. I did a first preview before my big day and noticed the tables were "buss up," but hey, it did it's job and was covered anyways. Not too much gold options, specifically champagne gold was my main wedding color, but no bigs, I chose something similar.Overall, I'd recommend this company for your big event needs! Don't be frugal on the lights!

Accel Party Rentals delivered and set up our staging and flooring for our wedding. They were responsive by email and flexible to my changing needs. I never met with anyone face-to-face, but the set up was perfect and just what we needed. They work well at Kapolei Golf Club, which was where we had our ceremony and reception! I had an event this past weekend on the North Shore. I have had really bad experience lately with other chair rentals. As an event planner, it's really important for me to have the highest quality items for my clients. The items that showed up was in pristine condition. Wrapped individually with clean cushions. We would like to express our disappointment with the services that we have received from Accel Rentals. We are required to rent our wedding items from Accel Rentals because our venue, Sunset Ranch, has an exclusive partnership with them. We first started our wedding planning process back at the end of 2020. As we were aware that Accel would be our biggest ticket wedding vendor, we really wanted to get a quote from them right away so that we can plan around our wedding budget. Our wedding planner attempted to contact them at the beginning of 2021. However, we never got a response from them until late 2021/early 2022, which was about less than 5 months before our event date on 04/22/2022. We were honestly very concerned that we would be unable to secure them on our wedding day because we did not hear back from them during all this time. Throughout the process, communication with them was really difficult. We had some trouble submitting our payment, and we were put in a loop between the sales department and the customer service department because none of them were able to troubleshoot their payment system. After submitting our first deposit two months out before our wedding day (which is a super tight timeline), we had to reduce a lot of items on our rental list because our guest list was reduced. For some reason, each time they sent us a new adjusted quote, we would always catch a mistake in the new quote. Whether it would be charging us for extra tables and seven hundred more forks than we needed, or charging us different amounts of setup and breakdown fees for each table and chairs. Furthermore, each time we add/remove something in the rental order, something else in the quote would be messed up, and it didn't help that it takes them forever to respond. We have done our due diligence of reading every single line item on their invoices, and I really hope that other couples aren't affected by their lack of attention to detail. On the wedding day, our coordinator told us that a lot of items were not delivered to the venue. We didn't have enough plates or utensils for all of the guests, no high-chair for the infant of our guests who traveled all the way from Japan, different sized tables that were definitely too big for our tent size, and delivering the grill at 5 PM which delayed our entire dinner service and wedding timeline. Because of this, my husband and I didn't have enough time to eat our dinner, no dancing time or leisure time at Sunset Ranch as guests were restless and on edge from waiting for dinner to begin. The response from Accel Rentals to the mishaps of their service is that they would just give a refund and that many of the mistakes made were due to a "lack of staff". This demonstrates a severe lack of ownership for what has happened and just refunding guests does not solve the issues at hand. The setup and breakdown team from Accel Rental was not set up for success and that is due to poor leadership and communication. Proper systems in place would be able to mitigate the mishaps that we faced leading up to and on our wedding day and also for many other couples and coordinators that have to scramble last minute to make up for the inattentive care from the rental company. If you can avoid this company then do so at all costs. It is unfortunate for the venues that are locked to this rental company that offers such poor service. This rental company would definitely damage the reputation of the beautiful venues on Oahu.

Joni and Watanabe Floral were amazing to work with for our destination wedding. We were looking for a florist that was in our budget and they definitely were. Joni was very responsive via e-mail and through phone calls when e-mails were too tiring to write because I had so many questions. The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful and they came out just like how I asked Joni for them. The ti leaf leis and orchid leis were all beautiful. For the reception, we repurposed the bridesmaids' bouquets and used them as the decoration for the sweetheart table and it was still beautiful. We also ordered monstera leaves and loose orchids for the reception tables. All of the flowers that we ordered for our wedding day were beautiful and fresh. I also ordered an all-white-flower haku lei for the reception which was beautiful. I read some reviews on here complaining that the ties Watanabe uses for the haku leis are plastic or something and not actual ribbons. No one even sees it--everyone focuses on the flowers. And my haku was beautiful.Watanabe was also very punctual when it came to delivering the flowers to where they needed to be; communication was excellent with them. They were also very patient when I had to constantly send them revision after revision. I would highly recommend Watanabe Floral if you are looking for a high quality florist that won't hurt your wallet.

Accel was the primary rental vendor for my wedding and three other events associated with it. They went above and beyond to work with us to execute our vision and I am so thankful for them. When they didn't have something in their inventory, they worked with us to get it from other islands or even special order items. We are so happy with how everything turned out and we couldn't have done it without Accel. Definitely hire them for all of your rental needs - thank you to the Accel team for going above and beyond!

Expressing the lack of professionalism from this tent company. Since Covid, they bought their competing tent companies to monopolize tents for events. Four days prior to my best friend's wedding, they cancelled her tent order and charged her a cancellation fee of +$2000. They also delivered the wrong tables DAY OF the wedding (today).They do not have the capacity to take on events with pride, professionalism, and follow through. My friends will be taking legal action against their company and hopefully, they can either build to capacity OR allow other local businesses with the capacity, to flourish.Terrible service. Terrible communication. Terrible execution.
