She is a scam. Nuff said. She booked a wedding for a couple. Got all the vendors to show up and then ditched. No one got paid. She ran off with the money she received up front.

Sherry did not pay anyone. I am grateful to the photographer, minister and butterfly provider for making our day special and caring about us, even though we had not previously met. We offered to pay all of these people but they refused because they felt bad. I am beyond grateful for these special people

Horrible! Don't ever use her service! She hired me as a makeup artist and hair for the bride 2 years ago, never pay me for my service. The bride was so upset because they didn't have a good communication with her, she ask me to pick up the hair piece for the bride in last minute, were she already ask somebody to be there. I was a little late for the brides makeup but, it all worked out the bride was happy with my makeup and hair, she even gave me $60 as a tip. Just horrible communicator. Don't waste your money and time.

I hired Treasured Moment Weddings to perform my recent wedding on Oahu and was completely satisfied with all of the services I received. Marie's photos were spectacular, and the officiant was great. We had a fabulous wedding cake-fresh and gorgeous! The personal service and professionalism of our wedding planner exceeded our expectations!

I felt Completely dissatisfied with the communication and lack of customer service! I felt cheated on my wedding day!!

I was highly dissatisfied with her service and I felt like there was an extreme lack of communication.I actually wrote a review months ago and recently checked back and saw that somehow it was deleted without my consent.

This is in reference to the other two reviews listed below related to the couple that hired Sherry to do their ceremony on 1/21/2016. The vendors she initially hired cancelled because she did not pay them. She contacted a minister and photographer last minute and booked them. Sherry was not even at the ceremony on the day of. In fact, a check of public records reflects that she does not even live on the island. She lives in Minnesota. The couple payed her ahead of time expecting that she would pay the vendors. She did not. The vendors attempted to contact her to receive payment and she refused to do so. Citing some fear of Paypal as the reason. I'm sure the vendors would have accepted another kind of payment. But instead, Sherry told them she was filing for bankruptcy and would not be paying them at all. A check of public records in Honolulu and Minnesota reflect that Sherry L. Christiansen (DBA: A Treasured Moment) has been sued multiple times in court. I attempted to contact her prior to posting this, but she would never answer her phone. I also noticed that there are at least three addresses for this business listed among the multiple websites that Sherry has advertised on. When I googled the addresses, one didn't exist without a suite # and the other two belonged to other businesses. Buyers beware here. A wedding is too important of a life event to trust to someone like this.

I also was contracted by Sherry to play music for a wedding in October of 2015. I too agreed to a lower fee than normally paid. She also promised the check was in the mail, which of course never came. Then I got the excuse the check was lost and she is putting in a claim. She actually blocked my calls after I tried to call to find out the status of payment. Yes I too have not been paid! She lives on the mainland, conducts business from there - I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company!!
