A Happy Pawn

He's a joke, said I got my stuff at the swap meet, which has better and cheaper merchandise than his hole in the wall. If I could give him a rate it's gotta be -7. His service sucks along with his little man attitude.

More like SAD Pawn, nothing happy about this place! Owners were rude and dismissive. Guy was on the phone asking me stuff but then talking on the phone and was like wait she'll help you. Nothing was in the display cases or organized. Better off going to the swap meet.

Went here at 2:20pm today only to find the doors locked with an open sign I was making sure if the hours of business operations is correct then got someone's attention and a lady came out from the counter I explained to her I was selling my Xbox one but I think she barely understood what was I saying Then she asked me what model it is AGAIN I explained to her it's an "XBOX ONE" then she was like "is it the one everyone playing? Ohh oh sorry they don't buy that no more" then she told me to call her husband at a 358 number but I'm not going through that b.s. Note: in their advertisement said they pawn electronics too My experience at this establishment was poor & Their Customer Service was Very unprofessional.

I Called and spoke with Danny and asked about getting a loan on several items. I told him which items I had and he said to bring them down. I asked if they were open. And he said yes to 5:00 P.M. I told him I would come down. I arrived around 2:00 P.M. and walked up to the door entrance which was gated. Some woman came up to the door and said What do you want? She said in a rude manner..I said I called and was to told by Danny to bring the items with me to see about a loan. She responded, He not here, you leave now....Don't do business here you never know when the Wicked Witch is in charge, I also see lots of frogs outside the front door...customers turned into frogs? Could be...

Jimmy was fair and eager to earn my business. He gives A three day return policy so I felt a little assured that I could return the Xbox if it didn't work. He shorted me the battery for the controller. We realized it before I left the store but he couldn't find another one. I would have offered to discount the price by $5 bucks or thrown in the headset that should have been free with the system.

I went their website to check out their hours of operation and it says 10- 05. So i decided to shop up there at 10 but nobody was there. So I decided to wait there until 11:00 and still nobody showed up.

This place sucks. Poor customer service. He quotes for a Honda generator 2200i for $ 666. Said I was interested next day $ 699. Lame place !! One star too many

Very nice owners they are polite and friendly are willing no to work with you in your time of need

My wife wanted to buy me a ukelele for Christmas while we are vacationing in Hawaii (I LOVE the sound), so we found one on Craigslist posted by Happy Pawn. Calling them, confirmed they still had it, and we took an Uber to their store and were greeted by a smiling gentleman (Danny?) that was kind, helpful, and courteous. I couldn't have been happier than the experience Happy Pawn gave us. And I am now learning "Over the Rainbow" on my gorgeous Washburn Lyon model ukelele. Thank you Danny & Jimmy.
