808 Craft and Gift Fairs

Having participated w/ different craft fair promoters, I've found one, 808 CRAFT AND GIFT FAIRS (808CGF), that's consistently reliable in regards to promotion, advertising, and attendance. Granted not every event has throngs of people, but I have never lost money participating. Lauren Mori, the promoter, always comes around to see how we're doing and sometimes gives suggestions to improve our display or sales.On Nov 3rd, at Kaimuki High School, the turnout was amazing. 808CGF advertised online, flyers, newspaper, TV, and radio. I was happily surprised.I know crowd size doesn't guarantee sales, but I can count on always making sales.

As a customer I always knew 808 Craft and Gift Fairs would have a fantastic selection of vendors and products. I love being able to support small businesses and 808 does a bang up job of finding venues for them. If I see an ad for an 808 event I mark it in my calendar.Now as a small business owner I am able to see the other side of the fence. Lauren promotes, promotes, and promotes all of her events which is why I walk away happy after participating. Best promotor on the island!!!Whether you are a shopper or a small business this .is the company you need to check out.

Awesome run craft fair specialist! Lauren runs the best craft fairs, with great products. My favorite is visiting the craft fair at the old 99 Ranch...so many different vendors, with so much selection!

I like to support small businesses, one stop, basically has everything but the kitchen sink. Lol I'm sure if you needed one Lauren can get you one you can find mapunapuna is my favorite location

Love shopping at all of the 808 Craft and Gift Fairs. Always fun time chatting with the happy vendors, and stroll along the well organized vendor booths. The best place to shop for gift and daily useful items. Lauren is a great event organizer and promoter with a good variety of vendors selling their very unique handmade products. You'll always find new and interesting item she brings in from overseas too! Happy shopper

Love the quality of products and vendors that are offered at their fairs. I always look for their fairs because it is never a waste of time and I find the cutest items and never have to worry about not finding parking!

I have had the good fortune to be associated with 808 Craft and Gift Fairs as an extremely satisfied customer for the last 11-12 years. I met Lauren Ushijima - Mori at one of the fairs and was so impressed with her enthusiasm for her craft as well as the high quality of merchandise at super reasonable prices! I quickly became a regular shopper at in person events and f/b live sales. I love the idea of being able to purchase handmade and unique gift items for friends and family members by supporting local small businesses at the same time! Through the years, I've come to develop a deep affection and respect for many of the crafters in 808. Lauren has created and maintained a very cohesive bond between crafters and customers. I personally, have come to know several of the crafters and consider them friends. There is an atmosphere of pure ALOHA that permeates the group. This is due in large part to the trust and loyalty that both Lauren and her equally talented daughter, Krystin Matsunaga promote.I look forward every week with great anticipation to the live sales that Lauren and Krystin do. They not only sell their own merchandise, but they feature the work of other crafters. This " sharing the wealth" has made a place where many women ( and some men!) can shine and be supported by the 808 Craft and Gift Fair OHANA!! Lauren is brilliant in knowing that we only brighten our own light when we help others shine as well! Isn't that why we were all placed in this world ?? We are here to help each other succeed, and that is what 808 Craft and Gift Fairs does for each member. I am a firm believer is supporting small businesses. I have placed orders from several vendors that work with Lauren. Never have I been disappointed with my order and I love the unique items! Highly recommend anyone looking for gifts to shop local and to start right here.
