Yesterday we came to put in gas before going to the bon dance. When my wife went in to pay she got one of the stuffed pretzel and thought it was delicious. It had a nice soft texture and a cheesy taste. So today when she told me that they had a big display filled with the Japanese popcorn I immediately suggested we go back today. This location is so much better stocked than the locations in town especially the sushi and manapua. The workers we had were friendly and very patient as we raided their hot food for all of our favorites.

Yikes. Back to the rude customer service. Asked for a specific item like a tire gauge. I don't think she knew what it was but did not ask for any clarification. The employee then waived me off and told me I can go look on the shelf. I explained I had already checked that area then she said then we don't have it. This level of rudeness definitely comes from inexperience but c'mon...at least try to understand what the customer is asking for. Also...when you waive off a customer, it says you don't have time for them. Back to one star. SMHAlso this reminds me...I contacted you the night before because you had Dasani water for sale with a price tag of $1.89 on a yellow tag. When I told the store employee, they went back and then returned and told me the price tag was not there. They claimed they didn't remove the tag but it was there when I went up to the counter. Shame on your team for pulling price tags. I have the exact time I visited the store and would love for you to check your cameras. Your staff are not only rude but are operating on deceitful practices on your behalf.

I went to 7/11 on Saturday December 28th 2024 at 10:45pm. Customer Service sucked A$$, i asked the young girl at the cashier if they had any chocolate f'reals or any chocolate ice cream in the back and she told me sorry theirs none and i don't have access to the back where the ice creams are. First of all, how are you going to tell me that theirs nothing in the back if you didn't even bother to walk and check. Secondly how can you say that you don't have access to the freezer where the ice creams are, your a fricken employee you have to have access to everything. This is my second time that i had experience bad customer service at this 7/11 and it's sad because it's not hard to help people. The manager for this 7/11 please talk to your employees because this is not right for me or anyone to experience. We i mean the visitors from outer island and the island of hawaii we love 7/11, but if you have employees that doesn't want to do their job and be LAZY then your going to loose people because of bad customer service from the employees.

RUDE and SASSY.The filipino employees at the Hoomaka location store are rude, disrespectful, sassy, back talking, misleading towards me . Teressa & Angline has a SMART MOUTH, consistantly and repeatedly make false statements. Jodie, Jobee, Angline, Elsa, Linda, and even the "store manager herself. Everytime i buy from there i am given a hard time by the older staff. They are incoherent. Uncooporative. When i ask for the pizza slice in front they serve me the sluce in back with only one pepperoni. Only 1 employee i recommend is Lockie. Only one smart enough to gave me a fork for my lunch bento.
