The coolest elevator system

Don't judge anything by it's outward appearance...615 Piikoi building is right on the busy corner of Piikoi and Kapiolani right across from INspiration it's a decently large building for the location that usually have much older neigbouring buildings that looks like your average structure filled with various office tenants...true.What I was blown is how nice and clean it is parking is a decent sized though I was quite confused on my first visit as I only saw a small stairwell to take me out to the lobby though I'm sure there's a more easier path if you're not able to climb stairs which even I had a difficult time when my knee gives me issues. The one thing that stands out here though even more so than the newer builds is the elevator system. If you don't know it's quite incredible and so unique you first select the floor you're gonna visit on the computer pad and it will assign the elevator that will take you there so there's no waiting and sprinting to it before it closes on you making it great for anyone who needs extra time and there's no guessing where to wait which is quite cool! Not sure of markets and other tenants but I just have a physician that I see here and know that it's a nice cool place and am glad it's in a place I can truly feel comfortable at.Thank you!

The mini mart is a tenant of the 615 Piikoi Building, as is the dress store and the other tenants on the upper floors. The lady and her husband run it together and are very nice. The 615 Piikoi Building itself is maintained to a very high standard. You know this because the elevators actually work and you can see your reflection in the floors. The janitorial staff keep the place spotless and the management are very kind and professional, they treat you like family. The parking is under the building at a good rate considering you're in town. Would recommend this building due to friendliness and cleanliness.

There is limited parking available below the building, though enough for someone such as I that is in-and-out within an hour. It's about $1 per 30 minutes. Fair rate. If you want to pay a meter for less, there are 4 stalls along the front of the building for use, though good luck getting them; they're always full. Then along the backside of the building near Sam's Club, there are ample meter parking stalls along the street. There is a small market in the building which, in my opinion, is only for building residents to get a soda or snack. They have lunch plates though everything in this mini-market is way over priced. If you don't need it immediately, wait for somewhere else. There are 4 elevators and relatively fast. I can understand the point of keeping a restroom locked to m control over who is using it and not to become a second home for bums. Still, I would like to see paper towels in the room so I don't have to touch the doorknob to exit the room. Additionally, I would like to see a working soap dispenser.

The building is always clean and the maintenance crew is always on top of things. You always see them keeping busy and keeping the common areas safe and neat. There is a market on the lobby floor called Piikoi Market. This is the only store in the building so the owner raises the prices of everything ridiculously (sometimes twice or triple the retail price of other stores). The owner (female lady) appears to be very nice but she is unethical. My coworkers and I would go and purchase the same things and she would raise the price. Sometimes we would buy the exact same items within hours and it would be different prices.I once bought a canned drink and when I tried to open it the aluminum bent. When I looked at the expiration date it was already expired. I took it back and pointed it out and exchanged it for another one. The owner told me that the date on the bottom of the can is the production date and not the expiration date. I left and returned the next day to make my normal purchases and she took the damaged can (which she saved from the previous day) and told me to take this one. I refuse to make any more purchases from this establishment. I spend almost $50.00 per week at this store and her actions over a canned drink that had a distributor's price of about $0.50 just ruined it.
