I always look forward to the waikele night market located at the lower waikele outlet store parking lot every other friday night just to get their Pisupo and turkey tail. Their oka is pretty good too, so I now get the "Sole" plate because it includes all 3 in one plate, but I can always switch to just the Pisupo and turkey tail only, depending on my mood.Sole plate - 5 stars - for $20, the pisupo is a mix of laulau leaves, corned beef and coconut cream. Not too strong, and a good flavorful light coconut taste. The turkey tail is my favorite. Two large meaty turkey tails that are not too salty or dry like other places with a delightful shoyu taste. The Oka is fresh raw fish in a light sauce that I cannot describe.Service - very personable, friendly and thankful for buying their food.Parking - gets crowded during the night market, and they block off several rows of parking stalls for the tents and food truck diamond head of petco, in front of starbucks and jamba juice. Parking is available in front of the row of stores, from Petco to Lowes.
