When we came, no one even noticed us, or even welcomed us. I guess they don't need the business. I'm glad I didn't purchase any of their stuff, seeing the reviews now

Well we all love Mondays..NOTTo make it worse my side by side refrigerator decided to slowly die on me.This is my backup garage fridge..so I didn't need anything fancy.. just needed it to work. (COLD)So I saw a fridge for $80.00...called it was still there but theres NO holds so yeah it sold. So I chose a 2016 model side by side for $150.00 plus $50.00 for delivery.. Delivery was the same day!!! SWEETI needed to replace my fridge as of yesterday. The lady was very helpful .not pushy. I even called her couple times with further questions..like energy efficient? And she was pleasant.Fridge was very clean..it arrived with a 3 man team and fridge was nicely wrapped.Things to know..*Inventory is what u see u get..and items do sell fast *SOLD AS IS*CASH payments *One week warranty ..just call to let them know..tech will come and check it out. Within the FIRST week u can swap out.Hope that will not be the case for me...I am very happy with my choice..

Do not purchase any used appliances from here. I purchased a refrigerator and when I did it was cool in the refer section and the freezer compartment seemed cold. I paid for delivery and installed it in my home. It seemed to stay cold and freezer froze what I put in. At about 9 days of use I noticed that the refer section did not seem as cold but the freezer section remained freezing. At 12 days refrigerator section was warm. this was on a Saturday evening so on Tuesday I went to the establishment to let them know what I experienced and inquired if there was anything that could be done. I was told by Gee Sagapolutele, that they only gave a 7 day warranty and since it had been about 2 weeks from purchase there is nothing she would do except sell me another one at a $50 discount. Now 7 days does not allow for a good evaluation of the refrigerator. I removed the panel in the freezer and found the evaporator coil In cased in ice with all openings to refrigerator area covered with ice. This is not normal operation for a refrigerator. Now I am out money I paid and no refrig to keep my food. stay away from this business they do not care about the customer. I will never refer anyone to them ever.

Braddahs was very helpful we picked a fridge that didn't come up to temp. They willingly swapped it out with another one. Considering we Live in Waianae they came out here a couple times. The price is reasonable as well. We definitely look forward to supporting small businesses.Mahalo for the awesome service!

Such a blessing to have them provide affordable appliances. I was shopping around online and found them! Thank God for their business. I bought a refrigerator and an oven from them for a very reasonable price. Service was awesome they delivered and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you Gee and staff! They're good and honest people. I would definitely come back and refer all my friends and family =)

Great selection at discount prices. Reasonable delivery fees and great people working who are willing to help with all your needs. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs. Looking for affordable and useable appliances-this isn't it. Buy new or find somewhere else!!!! First fridge they delivered didn't work. Had to wait an additional 2 1/2 days no fridge, with 4 kids until a replacement could be delivered. Took off work to accommodate for replacement- they couldn't make it. Which is okay, we rolled with it. The next day the lady wanted to upcharge us for a more banged up fridge. We declined wanted just a replacement for equal value. Replacing a fridge was already not in the budget for us. They deliver us this monstrosity. After taking off cellophane we open it and are hit with the worst rot smell (talking dead animal smell). The hinges are busted. Black mold all over the sides that seal it. Dead roaches on the inside of it. The freezer track is busted so you can't open/close it properly. I wasn't expecting a top of the line fridge. But I was expecting a working one both times without the side of black mold and roaches. This is what $300 and a $50 delivery fee looks like to them.
