Loved the buffet style of everything and there was so much to pick from. The desserts were just as on-par with the food, though I did tend to skew towards the poké on return visits. If buffets are your thing, this is one that comes with an amazing scenic view- Miguel Morales Photography

The first thing I want to say is that the service here was exceptionally nice. The ambience is nice, and the view of the marina is charming. I'm told it's the actual marina from Gilligan's Island. Nothing at all wrong on those fronts.Prices are reasonable. Perhaps a little more than reasonable, causing the food to be not all that great. It was adequate at best. My dining partner had a lobster roll that she said was mostly bread. For my part, I had the fish and chips. I've included a photo taken after I started eating it. Generic french fries tasted fine but I can get that anywhere. The fish was okay. But this was nothing to write home about.I would have rather paid more money for a better meal. I guess their strategy is to keep the prices low so that people will come in.Again, I want to emphasize that the service was really nice, as are the decor and the general ambience. It would be nice if the food could be brought up to that same level.

My wife and I dined here for a Christmas lunch. I thought it was gonna be crowded but it wasn't too bad. We were seated next to a window which over looked the boat harbor. Beautiful view and I could also check out the surf which is a plus. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who also took us to our table. The ambiance is simple but elegant and the tables are spaced out with lots of room. I had the burger which I truly enjoyed. It was nicely seasoned and that sauce that they had on the side just kicked it up perfectly. If you ask me what my wife had I couldn't tell you because I was all into my burger. LOLI would definitely try this place again, maybe for dinner.

Been here several times, but always forget to make a review. Located inside the Prince Hotel. You can park in the parking structure or park in the lot next to the boat harbor. The host and the servers are so friendly. The omelette station cook looked very stressed out. He wasn't friendly at all and neither are the kitchen workers coming out to replenish. Nobody in that area smiles or greets you. So different from other countries that I've traveled to. They need tips on hospitality being that that is the industry they work for.The food was overall meh. My favorite was the steamed clams. I know clams are probably the most inexpensive item, but they cooked it to perfection. The crab legs were too skinny to enjoy. Poor hubby did all that deshelling for such little meat. The coffee was great. The ambience is nice. They just need to improve the food selection for the price. Hubby and I paid over $200+ for mediocre food.

We had a restaurant credit to use at the Prince Waikiki, so we decided to make a reservation here. It was early on a weeknight so it was fairly calm initially, but busy by the time we left. We were seated at a window table with a view of the sunset over the marina, which was beautiful. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Live music was nice as well. We really enjoyed our meal a la carte (buffet is only offered Thursday through Sunday). To drink we had an old fashioned which was strong and tasty, and the calamansi-mango (zero proof) which was tart and sweet. The maitake mushroom starter was really excellent with plenty of umami flavor. Our shared entree for 2 was the Hawaiian sunfish - perfectly seasoned and cooked so that the meat was flaky and moist. The fish was great on its own, but the sauces were very flavorful too. It came with a choice of rice or potato as a starch for each person - we got one of each, both good as well. Wonderful dining experience here!

Every table in the restaurant has a view of the harbor but for "front row" seats, request for a table by the window. The view is tranquil, with views of the boats in the harbor.Tip: Restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Prince Waikiki.Hapa 'Poke' Bowl -- Beautifully plated poke bowl with chopped kampachi, king salmon, spicy tuna, and ikura served with pickled radish and carrots and seaweed. I enjoyed the citrus notes and spice from the yuzu kosho as well as the spicy tuna. Service was great. As we were ordering, our waitress warned us she was the only waitress working the lunch shift. Then a big rush of people came in for lunch. I don't know how but they were able to get help almost immediately, so our meal wasn't significantly impacted.

I went too 100 Sails recently for a birthday party and was very pleased with the venue. But first, parking may be a challenge. I attempted the valet parking but the cars were backed up so I went to the hotel's parking, which is free with your restaurant validation. I do not recommend this choice because the spaces are limited and if you reach the top floor without finding a space you have the challenge of turning around when there is no turn around space. I went to the Ilikai parking but they charge $6 per 1/2 hour. Then I got lucky and found a street parking space fronting the fishing boats. You use your QR reader and pay. Best part was that it was only $1 per hour. We all met at the restaurant at 6PM and were promptly seated. We were told that they are expecting a good crowd so it would be advantageous for us to start dining right away. For me it was all about the carving station. I was craving a good prime rib and 100 Sails did not disappoint, the prime rib was excellent. I like the porcetta also but didn't car for the sweet sauce they put on top. I was disappointed that there were no Dungeness crab, my favorite, but when I actually tried the snow crab I thought it was the sweetest snow crab that I have ever had. The salad bar looked decent but I passed on the greens. I wanted to try the panzanella salad but the bread croutons looked soggy, which it was according to my SIL. All in all it was a good experience and would happily return. I don't do desserts but they were all nicely portioned so that you could easily try 3 selections.

Top notch service, food, beautiful sunsets, and fireworks every Friday night at 8pm. Prime rib, crab legs and made to order sushi hand-rolls are all I go there for. Overall $87pp is a great value. Highly recommend visiting at least once.

Had our special occasion here and everything was perfect. We had one of their private rooms and enjoyed everything from the food to the servers to the manager who was kind enough to bring more chairs for my boys to sit on when I asked for more. Sucha great place to enjoy with your love ones.
