The food is DA BOMB!! I've been at events that catered the entire meal, from salad to dessert from them, & they provided it all. It's a family run business that has a lunch wagon that serves Kalaeloa workers. They also do catering!! Tired or too busy, or let's face it, too lazy to cook for your next get together? Call 100% Hawaiian!! They offer a great variety of options, all local food, of course. Laulau, kalua pig, lomi salmon, bread pudding, banana bread, is your mouth watering yet??? PLEASE, you have to give them a try!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Not bad smoked meat. Have to try the other dishes to give a more thorough review. Although I heard they're know for their breakfasts.

Just ordered a smoke meat plate from the 50th state fair. My husband decided it would be a good idea if we got two different plates and shared. I should've known by the smell that I should've stuck with these guys from the get-go! HANDS DOWN the BEST FOOD TRUCK WE'VE COME ACROSS IN A LOOONG WHILE (and we've been here for 10 years). I'm home now, but I've been searching all over Google for their name so I can pay them a visit wherever they're located outside the fair! The smoke meat plate with everything I never knew I wanted!.... Just enough onions, generous amount of meat, and the taste buds were in love from the first bite. Secondly, being that I work in customer service, I always appreciate a business that shows their customer some worth and they have that covered. You know what guys, just take my money!!! For now I'll dram abiut the food, but I am looking forward to future visits!

Usually we eat here for lunch but today my family ordered the rib beef stew. Very disappointed as only had 3 piece meat.

Went to Mililani High School's 1st Friday. Bought Hawaiian Plate #1. Kalua pork, rice, chicken long rice. I took Mac salad instead of lomi salmon. Ono and large portions.

Good food! Had the Hawaiian plate with kalua pig. The long rice was really flavorful and they gave a good size portion of limo salmon, which a lot of places don't because it's a pricey side dish. Boyfriend got the smoked meat and onion and was soooo good. You could really taste that the meat was actually grilled. And had a little kick of spicy to add to the flavor. Good size plate, too! And they had Diamond Head strawberry soda-- lunch wagon classic!
