Honey's Bistro

Occasionally after a long rough shift, my coworkers and I will drop by here for breakfast, since we work night shift and get off during breakfast time. Service has always been absolutely delightful everytime we've been here. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is trendy and overall, they provide such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere to unwind in. Food has always been on point everytime we've been here. Very tasty and comforting, with big portions that provide a second meal for many of us. We recently decided to try their mimosas and our server presented the juice in such an aesthetically pleasing way too. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. A small and cozy space with delicious food. You really can't go wrong here!

We've been to many of the breakfast spots on this particular block of Encinitas. This was the last one we wanted to try and stopped there before heading onward. Honey's Bistro was a nice place. You ordered at the counter and found a nice table to wait for your food. I went for the eggs and potatoes and my girlfriend stuck with lunch and had a wrap with fries. It was good food and a nice day outside. I'd definitely tell people to come by.

This Encinitas hot spot serves breakfast all day! And there is a line to order, then you find your own table and they bring the food to you. The prices are very reasonable and the food is good, generous portions. I had the Breakfast croissant sandwich with fruit. This seemed like a four egg sandwich! Huge. Tasty. Filling. My friend had the French Toast with a side of eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were great. The French Toast is more toast than eggs. They could soak the bread a bit longer. But good bread, like a brioche, egg bread.

This is my go to breakfast place when in the area. You have the option of dining inside or outside and order up front and grab your number. The service is quick. The food is solid and hits the spot. Love their mango mimosas and chai lattes.

Good spot in Encinitas that offers breakfast and lunch...walk up and order and food is brought to you at your table...inside and outside seating available but the outdoor patio is on the smaller side and tends to fill up quickly...tortilla soup was very good as was the California wrap...the corned beef hash and eggs was also good, large enough to share...the service is friendly and quick and the atmosphere is of a small mom and pop establishment which this appears to be...there is a water container out front to utilize as we did if you don't wish to purchase a different beverage...prices are on point with this being more of a touristy beach town...would return, RECOMMEND

Just got a couple of iced coffees to go, but they were really good. I had a mocha and it was better than the chain places.

I'm a sucker for a good breakfast, especially when they have an al fresco dining option. Honey's was good, there was a line but plenty of seating options. It's order and pay at the cashier then they bring out the food to you. Nice patio seating area that's puppy friendly and spacious right off the 101.I was overloaded by their menu but in a good way. They literally have something for everyone which is wonderful, except when you don't know what you want to order. I love asparagus and Benedicts are my go to so veggie Benedict it was! It didn't take too long to come out and when it did, it was beautiful. Unfortunately our order wasn't right, my friend ordered fruit vs potatoes, I asked for hollandaise on the side, it was served on and both of our potatoes were very well done, but all in all, it was a tasty meal.

I do enjoy this spot the couple times Ive been. Standard brunch fair. Mimosas etc. First visit had a straight fwd breakfast. Second time had an atrocious reuben, so definitely avoid that at all costs. Coffee is good. Service is nice. Line can get intimidatingly long but usually moves quickly. Vibe is trendy but cozy and sans an annoying instagram energy.

Came here for dinner with the kids. They got burgers that were huge. Another got the Philly cheesesteak. Other than the kitchen weirdly forgetting to put cheese in the cheesesteak, it was great. Kids really liked the food and ate well. They didn't love the fries though, because of the corn tortillas taste to them. Otherwise, great spot for a family.

amazing customer service and delicious breakfast.I really enjoyed the sausage omelette and the ham and egg bagel 10 out of 10 recommend and it's super cute as well. such a vibe
