We came into Home Style at 9:00 AM on a Sunday. This was the perfect time to come in. It wasn't too busy, it was quiet and a nice way to wake up. We enjoyed our tea and the following foods:Salt and pepper squid-these were so good! They were light but also flavorful. They were good on their own or with soy sauce & chili oil. The green onions made it pop. Chive Shrimp dumplings-these were chewy and savory. I loved these! Beef chow fun-this was so good. They have photos of the chow fun in their menu that look so good. This dish was my favorite of the day. It was hearty and also refreshing. We got some Green onion and Cocktail buns to go. I am officially hooked on both of these. Their green onion buns are the best, and they are generous with the green onions, sesame seeds and sauce on these. The cocktail buns are sweet and salty-the pineapple filling is excellent.I love homestyle! Their food is tasty and comforting, and there are so many things I want to try.

This is my dad's favorite spot for baked pork rolls, I think. We ordered some and brought them home for breakfast in the morning. The rolls were large and cost about $2.75 each. We remembered them being different but maybe we got turned around or remembered incorrectly.

Pretty average! I've only ever gotten takeout from here so keep that in mind! I ordered the shrimp and bbq pork fried rice, shrimp and pork shu mai, pan fried pork dumpling (football), beef rice noodle, and century egg and pork congee. Fried rice: it was pretty average and bland. There was no seasoning on it at all. It seemed to be made fresh though since the rice was fluffy and not dry. However, I had to add soy sauce to give it some flavor and make it somewhat enjoyable. Wouldn't order again. Shu mai: pretty standard and good! Nothing to rave about, but no dislikes either. Would order again. Football: HUGE and extremely crunchy!! The crunch was phenomenal, but they placed it in a paper bag and the amount of oil ripped the bag open. I think they were made fresh since I had ordered close to closing time, and they were piping hot. The dough inside was really chewy though, and I had to eat a lot of dough before I got to the filling. I would potentially order it again if I was sharing with friends. Beef rice noodle: bland and not good. I ate a bit and threw the rest out. Congee: average. Could use a little bit more seasoning. I prefer the one from Hong Kong bistro.

Coming from SF, I'm not impressed at all with the taste and service, especially with the price point. I got the baked barbecue pork bun and spit it out after a couple of bites. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I went to get dim sum with seven other people, and we all had a good experience. It was decently busy when we went in the afternoon so we waited for about half an hour to get seated. We ordered a bunch of plates of food including lotus leaf sticky rice, fried rice, fried noodles, noodle rolls, BBQ pork buns, century egg and pork congee, Chinese donuts, and my favorite, ham sui gok. I didn't take any photos unfortunately, but all of the food looked and tasted great. The only thing I wish were different is that the fried rice and congee had a little more flavor. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The food was very reasonably priced, and my group ordered everything family style and split the bill as such.

Decent food! Went for dim sum and this scratched the itch. Service was fine and it's pleasant to eat inside. I personally feel that there is better dim sum in Seattle, go to one of those places. Pork buns were a little bland in flavor and the duck didn't have the crispiest skin. All in all, if you're close this is fine but I really wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place.

Came here first after an early flight to Seattle. Overall service was nice and quick. Kind of a hole in the wall spot with average food. The portions were great though! I think overall we spent about $40 for all the dishes pictured. The shrimp crepe had a different soy sauce than what I'm used to as its not as sweet as the typical one. The beef chow fun was kinda on the bland side too but the siu mai were good! Not bad for a morning snack to get our day going!

So delish! Now that I know what a rice roll is I can order them. Had one with mushroom. The Chinese broccoli is so yummy. The fried rice with shrimp was also delicious, as were the shrimp dumplings and the Bao. This place is awesome. Will definitely return!

The service was prompt, and the ambiance had a bustling yet cozy feel. It's clear that they take pride in their craft. The variety on the menu was extensive, making it hard to resist trying a bit of everything. If you find yourself in Seattle and have a hankering for top-notch dim sum, this spot is a must-visit. Friendly staff, fantastic flavors, and an all-around delightful dining experience. I'll be back for more Siu Mai, Har Gow, Ha Cheung, Ngao Yuk, and definitely another round of that incredible Feng Zhao - no doubt about it!

Walked in just to try out a little bit of dim sum at a place I haven't been to. I'm always happy with my choices in Chinatown/International District. Today I walked over for lunch. Most of the tables were taken. The scene is very humble and laidback. No frills type joint. Only one guy was ordering in front of me in line.I waited about five minutes and walked out with my order. I had the shrimp and pork shui mai, BBQ pork buns, and spare ribs. I only ate half and am filled with food and joy. Sometimes a lil bit of food helps fight the Seattle gloom.
