Holliday's Barbecue

Idk where to even start... since COVID hit, Hollidays has been doing pre-orders, but I used to wait in line for an hour+ just to get some food, and it's always been worth it. Owners are super friendly and they've basically created a cult following ‍The house sausage gets better each time, and the pork belly melts in your mouth. Even something as simple as the homemade pickles are phenomenal. The mac n cheese is also bomb!I've had BBQ in Texas, and Hollidays legit rivals anything I've had there.The pre-orders (announced on IG) make it easy to get the goods, and keeps things COVID-safe. Cookout days are pretty much my favorite day of the month--so freaking good.

TLDR Best Smoked BBQ in SoCal! You can't go wrong with any of the items. From their homemade sauces, that beautifully coat their racks of ribs. To their unique take on sausages that leave you instantly regretting you didn't buy more.Especially, the perfectly seasoned and tender briskets that come out of the authentic smoker.And, don't forget their seasonal home made pies.Check their instagram account @hollidaysbarbecue, to make sure you don't miss out on their next pop-up. It is true craftsmanship that creates such an amazing experience.

Hands down my favorite BBQ. Not only is literally everything they make amazing and delicious, but the customer service they provide is outstanding. They are definitly a locally owned family business worth supporting and you and taste the love and heart put into every cook they do. Jump on it anytime they have a cook! My only request would be to be able to have it even more often!

By far, the best BBQ spot in San Diego! It was recommended by a friend, so I decided to place a pre-order (2 weeks in advance) to give it a shot. My wife and I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I was placing a second order 10 minutes later. I recommended the pork belly tips and homemade sausage, but don't sleep on the brisket and ribs either...WHO AM I KIDDING...IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS!

Best of the best out here in San Diego. As a Texas girl I was needing some Texas style bbq and Instagram did not fail me. Honestly I have no clue how I stumbled upon it but I did and I started ordering food when they were still just taking orders from instagram and you pick up at their house. I'm glad this business has been getting bigger and bigger. The brisket is phenomenal, the burnt ends are delicious, and their homemade sausage is to die for. I have not tried their sides because I like to stuff myself with the delicious meat. Their pecan pie is good too though. Follow them on Instagram to view their next pop up. They usually start at 11 but if you show up right at 11 don't be surprised that there is already a long line. Maybe I should start taking pictures of his food but I'm too busy eating.

Ran across the listing, checked out the website and they were taking orders for the next weekend. Signed up for beef cheeks, sausage and pork ribs. Anxiously awaited the day and went to pick up - great service, super friendly. The food - TASTY! Nice mild smoke flavor and great seasoning. The texture on the sausage wasn't what I was expecting but the flavor was good. We didn't need any sauce or salt - so on point. I'll be looking forward to ordering again.

It's rare that you go to a barbecue place that makes everything well. Generally one place has good ribs, another has good brisket, etc. not the case here! I ordered brisket, beef cheek, spare ribs, burnt ends and sausage. Literally everything was amazing! I am a Texan and bought this to share with another Texan, an Okie, and three meat-loving men, and everyone agreed. The brisket just fell apart when you tried to pick it up...always a good sign! I will be coming to every pop up Hollidays does!

This place is super good and organized! All of their pork meats are A+(ribs,pulled pork,pork belly) brisket was pretty decent and highly recommend the charro beans. The packaging was very neat and easy to transport. Will continue to support.

Definitely great bbq. Very black pepper heavy in the rub. And today they had "King Cake" cheesecake-- delicious! Substantial cheesecake with nice flavor, cinnamon in the crust, and Mardi Gras colors on top. The wait in line is long, so be prepared. Reasonably priced fir the quality.

Hands down BEST BBQ in San Diego. Whenever they advertise a pop up on Instagram, I have to pre order. Just incredible food, awesome service, super nice people.
