Dated decor, but otherwise a pretty neat experience. Staff was freindly and attentive. Prices were reasonable for serving sizes. Food was fresh.Good menu with a variety of diverse items to chooose from.More senior clientele, but to be excpected given the location. Can see ourselves coming back again.

Hole in one has become ones of our favorite weekend breakfast spots! It's fast, friendly and consistent with great service. We love the variety of omelets and the hash browns that accompany them.Gluten free? Hole in One has gluten free waffles and bread to enjoy for you! Located in the Sun City area, you're likely to enjoy your breakfast with the regular crowd that eats there often!

I'm in Brisket heaven! We are forever on a search for a nice, classic old-school diner. Well, today we found it! Everything was on point. Our hardworking waitress had the entire room to serve yet kept her patience and kindness while serving. It's always a good sign when most of the retirement community has filled the seats, even bringing the younger generations with them. I've decided I need to come back every day to try all of these amazing daily specials. We had a good old, filling and delicious breakfast this Memorial Day Monday. We ordered:- The Fairway Six3 eggs served with hash browns and choice of toast, two pancakes or tortilla.Brisket & eggs (sub sausage Patty for eggs)-The Fairway Six3 eggs served with hash browns and choice of toast, two pancakes or tortilla.Bacon or Sausage & eggsThe jams and sauces are scratch-made. These are good hash browns! I love how everything was NOT over salted. What a relief. Any spot that offer fruit syrups and jams as a maple syrup alternative or addition is already on my good side. Hubs and I both say five stars for our meals. You can't go wrong here if you are looking for quality comfort classics at a diner!

Re-discovered this place after about a 20 year hiatus. It is as good as I remember it. Not fancy, just great service and food at a reasonable price. Coffee and iced tea are exceptional. I've had breakfast and lunch recently and both were very satisfying. I plan a whole lot more trips in the future!

Love this local favorite, food, service is phenomenal. It's constantly busy so be patient.Locally owned, not a chain so SUPPORT.Our Server, Claudia, is so sweet, though and very attentive.

Quality, good wholesome diner food. In Sun city west, motivated owner seems attentive to quality. Service is typically good. Service is really hit or miss. Usually hits. But some of the younger wait staff are quite dismissive of older clientale. And laugh at them.

Went here for breakfast I had eggs Benedict which I didn't like there hollandaise way to lemony over took the whole dish my wife had omelette which she liked but not the French toast funny flavor

We really enjoyed Hole 'n One. It's been hard to find a diner type place that's good in the Surprise area. This place checked everything we were looking for. We were there for lunch, but you can do breakfast if you like. Service was fantastic. Our drinks were kept full and we like the open seating during slow times. We will make sure to be back very soon!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while in the area & it sure did not disappoint!! We mostly come here for breakfast & I believe my husband and I may be addicted to their french toast! I've had their liver & onions, which was pretty good! Staff is very friendly! Not expensive. Very casual place.
