Came here for a coffee date and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the coffee and food! I got the vanilla lavender latte with the CHEB on a bagel. The bagel was sooo soft and perfectly chewy and the latte was flavorful and strong. Employees were friendly and patient with all our questions, which was appreciated!They have indoor and outdoor seating and metered parking outside. Overall, would def come back to try their other food items and drinks!

Coffee was good. 1 star because the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had dried up stains and the sink looked like it had not been wiped down in weeks. If I'm paying $7 for a coffee, I'd expect the bathroom to at least be cleaner than a porta potty.

I've been to the other HOB locations and been to this location a while ago. They have a great selection of specialty drinks. I've had their specialty drinks quite often so I ordered a regular latte this time. I would have liked a bigger size but a small was fine. There are outdoor and indoor seating areas. I noticed that there were a lot of people and it got very loud. I then realized that there was a speed dating event occurring and while it was interesting, it was too loud for a regular coffee shop visit. Overall, the latte was pretty average which for me is equivalent to a 3.5 star rating, not 4.

My new favorite coffee spot! They have an extensive menu of different drinks and food. I came in around the late morning (around 10:15am) and tried to order the fig & goat cheese toast, and the barista told me their kitchen wasn't open yet because their chef wasn't there yet... That was a bit of a bummer! I did order the Vanilla Lavender latte and that was amazing! It had the perfect notes of lavender- and it wasn't too overwhelming. This place has the cutest decor and has a nice patio to enjoy your drinks/food outside. I hope their kitchen is open for my next visit!

This is a good local café. I like the indoor seating area, where there are a lot of seats/tables and outlets if you want to work on something. I used to come here with a friend to paint because they have nice, wide tables available. The menu offers a wide variety of toasts, salad, crepes, and specialty drinks.Today I had the 1904 drink, which was a vanilla raspberry latte, and I enjoyed it a lot. The raspberry flavoring was not too overwhelming, but definitely present. I got it made with light ice, and the amount of ice was also just right. My husband has the Scripps, which was hazelnut and white chocolate. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of this drink. However, they do have a pretty robust menu of latte options, and they also have a separate seasonal menu.I have tried their toasts/crepes in the past when it was still Refill café, and I remember liking it, so I hope they've kept up the quality (the next time I try it, I will post an updated review). I miss the very nice artisan-made mugs they used to have back when they used to be Refill, and I miss the Nutella Mocha and I hope they bring that back!

Constantly looking for a mid day pick me up. This was coffee after the beach, before a spa! The coffee was good! Me and my friends stumbled upon shuffle dating the day we came. It was a big turn out and fun to just watch people shuffle. We looked so out of place here as people were mingling. What a great turn out and great idea.

After living close by for over a year now Hob Coffee has become my go to spot to work from and enjoy delicious food and drinks, I could literally spend all day there! I've cut down on my coffee drinking but occasionally I'll order one or go for an iced vanilla chai. I love trying out the food menu items. I've tried different toasts and plenty of sandwiches always on a croissant. I recently checked out their new breakfast burrito but I still think I prefer the sandwiches. Next up I want to try one of their salads. The service is super quick and easy and it is a great quiet spot to get some work done. Not to mention they play great music while you're there too. Parking can be iffy but I tend to walk over to not worry about that situation.

It's no secret that Hob is one of my favorite spots to work from and sip on some coffee. In the new year, I decided to give up certain sugars so I was looking to switch up my coffee order. I wanted something simple and ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. I didn't know what to expect at first, especially since it's not a drink on their menu, but it surprised me! It's probably one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had! Of course, I'm still obsessed with their bacon, egg, cream cheese and avocado crepe topped with sriracha. Ever since I had that latte though, I've been looking for reasons to come back!
