Ho Sushi Bistro

The rolls we got were amazing. The waitress was quick and attentive and friendly as well. The setting was really clean and nice. I highly suggest the Manhattan roll, it was my favorite.

Service is always good here. Everyone is always friendly. We get seated quickly and we don't have to wait too long for food. Plenty of seating inside. They have a pretty standard menu for a sushi restaurant. Prices are pretty standard too. Food is good. I like their specialty rolls.

The best sushi around. We order from there at least once a month. I was wary cause it's in a strip mall, but it's really good sushi for great prices. The bento box is such a good deal also

This place has taken an awful turn, almost as if new ownership has taken over. Ordered food on DoorDash. Main issue: we ordered Salmon sashimi and received a salmon roll. The fried roll we ordered was BARELY fried, most of the avocado in one roll has brown spots all over it (clearly not fresh), the roll that has mango on it...didn't have any mango on it. Lo and behold, we're not eating these rolls tonight. I mean come on, can't even get one thing right. Which sucks because this place used to be really good...NOT ANYMORE.

My second visit and of course I had the seafood ceviche again, and it didn't disappoint. Definitely 5 stars.Decided to just try a host of other things... Lemongrass shrimp (0 star) - whoa, terrible. DO NOT ORDER. Overpowering salty, tangy, and (I think) sweetness... honestly, could not identify exactly what made it awful, but it was. Volcano roll (3 stars) - it's ok. The mayo was too overpowering, and there were just too many flavors going on. If you like heavy and rich tasting foods, this is probably a good dish for you. Sashimi appetizer (3 stars) - again, ok. It's not super fresh, but it does have a good variety. Gyoza (4 stars) - the gyozas themselves are mediocre, but the dipping sauce with its tangy sweetness that I can't quit pin point is a huge hit. I probably would have only given this place a 3 star review based on the food, but the customer service was exceptional... when the waitress noticed I didn't like the lemongrass and offered to take it off the check, but I opted to pay for it since I didn't want them to lose money, but definitely stay away from the lemongrass chicken. Probably wouldn't recommend if you're looking for tier 1, A+ sushi, but it's a good place for reasonable meal.

Our New Year resolution is to try new restaurants, this is the first. The south county area is packed with sushi places; I drove past 4 other sushi joints to get to Ho.The layout is typical, tables and a bar to sit at. Overall, it felt messy and cluttered. The service was not stellar, only a single person serving and putting together the orders. The server really needed help. She was very pleasant, but tired.Ho's menu has a great selection of rolls; they taste as good as they were described. The dinner was nice, the service was slow, the facility needs to be tidied up and cleaned.I don't know if we will return; the sushi competition is fierce.

Delicious sushi. Great atmosphere! I had two rolls, both of them were delicious. I had a glass of Pinot Grigio to compliment the fatty fish. The owner and his wife are doing an amazing job.

The Sushi we ordered was delicious!Louisiana Roll was our favorite. This roll is fried, has a little kick of heat, overall good flavor and texture. El Diablo Roll. A little bit of heat, the fish had a fresh light taste and texture that helped break up the richness of the Volcano.Volcano Roll. This roll was very rich, it was delicious but ideally we would only comfortably eat 1-2 each. We did eat them all and they were delicious though! Overall beautiful presentation of the rolls, the orders came in a good time, and we received everything we ordered. Our server was kind and prompt in taking our order and bringing it out. They have contactless menus to scan at the table and majority of the items, if not all, have photos, and they have booth style areas to sit.

The best sushi in the whole area with one of the most beautiful places to eat, wonderful staff and service. 10/10!
