We ordered the beef and the chicken teriyaki boxes for delivery- except one salad dressing tipping and opening, everything came through hot and delicious! I'm visiting "home" and always have at least one teriyaki night while I'm here. We ordered five boxes for six people and ate...two of them. Literally leftovers for days hahaha. Generous portions, great tasting.

Food is good, and been a regular customer at this location for many years. A big fan of their teriyaki and California rolls. Their chicken is good and well cooked. This is not one of the best restaurants but it's manageable Japanese places in Redmond. Many times had mistakes in the food ordered. They gave me vegetarian food instead of chicken dish, and they have given me rice when I asked for "no rice". Issue is with the cashier girl who is not attentive, not checking food and all the time busy on her phone chatting or surfing. She has a history of mistakes and keeps apologizing to the owner for messing up. Always check your takeout order before you leave the restaurant!!! Pretty sure something is missing or messed up. Do not assume it's all accurate. Dining area floor needs deep clean. It's dirty as they were not having any dine in customers due to Covid & perhaps they never cleaned their wooden floor. I would never dine in over there. It's never cleaned. I gave the Kung Pao Chicken a shot, and to be honest, it was quite disappointing. This dish hardly resembled traditional Kung Pao Chicken, and the overwhelming saltiness was rather off-putting. It felt like I was eating an excessively spicy and salty sauce with a hint of chicken. I wouldn't recommend it.

The on-line ordering process using grub hub is terrible. The food would probably have been decent if it hadn't sat on the counter for 30 minutes. The chicken was dry and had to use the microwave before eating. I had ordered on-line thru yelp, received a confirmation that grub hub had received order and charged my credit card and were waiting confirmation from restaurant. Only found out that it was ready when I went to restaurant and inquired.

Tasty food and quick service. The teriyaki and pork are very good. They offer a variety of combos. There is a front entrance with street parking and a back entrance connecting to a parking lot. Great place to grab lunch.

Dont tip before you get your order! Been coming here for years and it's always been great...feels like they have changed owners, or at least all staff. The order was slow, front desk staff disinterested in customer service. Food was still good, they just need to improve service.
