Very nice selection of great pastries in this cute little bakery in dt Bothell. Unfortunately I am not sure what kind of pastry I got, since they did not properly label the names on all of them. The young buck that served me was new. I noticed this when I asked about the other pastries and his knowledge on them was limited.None the less, he was very polite and quick in severing me. I would be happy to return here again soon and try many others that stand out.

I was searching for places offering gluten-free pastries near me and found this little gem in Bothell. I must have driven past it many times in the past few years and not taken notice, but I was thrilled to see gf options in their reviews. I stopped in early and found the tiny shop to be mostly the pastry counter with a couple of small tables to sit and have coffee. The person helping me was not the friendliest, but when I asked about gf options, they directed me to the couple choices they had. I went with an oat bar and chocolate cake, which both ended up being delicious, and a great almond cookie that tasted like Marzipan. The non-gf things I got for my husband were met with mixed reviews, but he did like the cannoli with chocolate cream. Hopefully, they'll add to their gf selection, and we can visit more often!

Took a quick trip from work in Woodinville, I had planned to visit a newish bakeshop in Bothell. However, saw yet another annoying long line. So made a split second detour to Hillcrest Bakery instead, thankfully a much shorter line. Plus they have been in business since 1934, got to be doing something right as a local OG indie! There's ample parking, also both indoor and outdoor seating, variety of baked goods, but kind of dour, stoic counter staff. I had limited time, no time to dawdle. I purchased a chocolate ring, a bacon maple bar, and a pair of beef sausage rolls. Later at home, the doughnuts were deemed tasty. The sausage rolls held up overnight in the fridge. It would be great to see how they compare to ones from sites in Redmond and Seattle. Nice to see a classic, old school bakeshop in downtown Bothell going strong!

Their baked goods are delicious. You can tell they put a lot of love into everything they do. I had a custom cake made for my daughter's graduation and it turned out better than I expected. The staff is very friendly and the place is nice and clean.

I have an email stating a pickup date of when to get the cake. So I call 10 days later (a few days before the party) and they say it was never confirmed. Maybe a communication error, but when I asked the lady on the phone for recommendations of other bakery's as I'm not from the area, she didn't seem like she wanted to recommend any other actual bakery's and told me to try QFC for a cake.

I love this place. Highly recommend. I go here whenever I want to get donuts for my work. Their stuff is handmade, tastes fluffy and fresh, and they're so helpful and accommodating when asked about vegan and gluten free options.

Apple Fritter 2/5 overall.Crispness 1/5. Flavor blend 2/5. Dough 2/5. Fruit volume 2/5. Size and Value 3/5. Very bready, more of a cinnamon bread than a fritter but it is a bakery!Snickerdoodle Cookie 1.3/5 overall. Texture 1/5. Flavor 1/5. Size and Value 2/5. Dry crunchy cookie that I found lacking any snickerdoodle flavor, seemed like a lemon sugar cookie with cinnamon on top.Gingerbread Cookie 2/5 overall. Texture 2/5. Flavor 2/5. Size and Value 2/5. Crispy dry outside, reminds me more a sugar cookie with a slight gingersnap after taste.Bakery overall 4.5/5Hours 4/5. Selection 3/5. Service 5/5.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon! I stopped in and tried a sausage roll which was quite tasty. We got it warmed up. It was warmed in the microwave and it felt over cooked then so would get that again. The pastries and donuts were plentiful so next time I go, definitely would like to try more things including their Mexican wedding cookies! I haven't seen any of those in my usual stops. Service was good and there were around 4 parties being served. It was a bit hard navigating the small space. Prices were reasonable and there were spots to sit for a while inside.

This bakery is one to beat. Went in on a Saturday morning and they had a full case of treats. All of their donuts are light and fluffy. Best donuts north of Seattle!
