We came here for drinks and had an amazing time. The bartender was very conversational and entertained our questions on all of the unique cocktail mixers that we didn't recognize. My friends and I had a lot of fun and we will be back!Thank you :)

Hide + seek was a bittersweet experience for me. The ambiance is wonderful, just the perfect place to have drinks, however when it came to food and service I was disappointed. Our waiter (an older gentleman with an accent) insisted that we tried food to share. Tell me why the pasta dish had 5 pasta pieces! Then that same waiter kept asking me "where are you REALLY from" because I look Hispanic. On top of that the waiter kept reminding us to hurry because we had a limited amount of time for our table. It was so bad, another waiter who witnessed it apologized to our table. Interestingly enough all the other clients who were Caucasian did not seem to have this issue. Needless to say, I won't be back

If you are in the mood for some tasty eats and light drinks, then this is your place. My party of three ventured her after grabbing cocktails at a nearby bar. I am glad we did because the cocktails at this place are a little pricy.The food was amazing! We order the La manche pasta, octopus, fish, scallops, and steak. Everything was delicious, although I was a little disappointed with the scallops. You paid almost $30 for 3 scallops and some lettuce on a plate. If you are hungry or sharing with more than 3 people, do not get this dish! I would go back for the grilled octopus. It was my favorite.

We stopped by here Saturday evening at 745. I made a resy because this area is always busy. We requested the main dining area, but it was so nice outside that we requested an outside table, and we were able to be accommodated fairly quickly. We ordered the Ceasar salad, filet, oyster, & the short rib dinner. We had a variety of drinks too that were good as well. We received our food quickly. Everything was fresh and hot, too. Our server was pretty attentive. The vibe and ambiance was very chill and relaxed. I enjoyed myself, and I'd definitely return. The menu isn't that exciting, but the food was GOOD!

Mediocre food. The service was great and very friendly. Gave us everything we requested for. Some items were not available. I think overall the dinner might be a better option. However, the mimosa deal looked like a good deal if you're ever nearby

Loved our happy hour experience at Hide+Seek! The decor and vibe of the place is trendy and upscale. Happy hour cocktails included martinis, sidecars, mules, negrois, and a few other classic cocktails. All of our drinks tasted great and the presentation was nice. All of the food was delicious but I wouldn't say it was a deal for happy hour. Most of the dishes came with two pieces/bites so we ended up having to double up on most things. Definitely come here for drinks but you can skip the happy hour bites. Our server was amazing!! He was so fun and attentive. We were celebrating Mother's Day weekend and he really made our group feel special. Thank you Hide+Seek!

You NEED to go here for brunch. An insane deal an entree, side, and bottomless mimosas. We had assumed that the mimosas would come in slowly because of the 1.5 hour time limit... wrong. Our waiter Ken was promptly at our table every 10 minutes to facilitate refills on the drinks. If you wanted to leave here sober- you will have to try your best. Ken is wonderful when in comes to attentiveness and kindness. What more is there to ask for?The food itself was stellar. Came in with low expectations because of the brunch deal and we were SO wrong. The steak and eggs were amazing. Only thing to note was we both ordered medium rare and we got well done- except the seasoning was so great it made up for it. Had the fresh fruit side and did not regret it. The mimosas were great, can't complain there. We cannot wait to come back for the amazing food and the food service that Ken gave!

This restaurant is so cute! Had wanted to sit outside but no tables were available. Love the decor and chandeliers inside. The happy hour specials are great, most drinks $10 and the vegetable empanadas and fries were seasoned perfectly. Server was attentive and nice.

We stopped by here on our journey to eat through Chicago. We had purchased our names down at another restaurant but there was quite a wait. It's quite a trendy place. Inside the full bar was the center of the restaurant, large booths on the side for seating. Service was great, so hospitable and gracious. Vibes were cool, food isn't worth it. The menu read "onion french soup milk bread". To me, mill bread is soft pillowy, like a Hawaiian roll but 10x better, barely has a crust. This bread was thick, crusty, stuffed with various cheese and was served with a small carafe of french soup to pour over. Not my favorite, but the description does not match what was served. The scallops were alright. It was not seared well on both sides, the fennel and celery salad was ok. All in all 3 scallops are not worth nearly $40.

We were staying nearby at the Hoxton on a Wednesday night and decided to explore local dining options through Yelp. Drawn in by the promise of a 20% discount on pasta and wine for checking in, we eagerly made our way to this restaurant. The wait staff were exceptional, attentive, and friendly, creating an inviting atmosphere. However, the experience took a disappointing turn when we were informed that the promotion was intended only for Mondays, despite it being available upon check-in. While the staff eventually honored the discount, the initial confusion and reluctance left a sour taste, overshadowing what could have been a fantastic night out. This mix-up certainly affected the overall vibe of the evening. As the food is just mid. It's crucial for businesses to ensure their promotions are clear and accurately represented to avoid such letdowns.
