Love this Nashville Icon! Great historic ambiance, food is good, salad bar excellent! Try to make it at least twice a year...

Our gang of four enjoyed our steak dinner. Friendly, attentive service.Steaks come with a single choice of side, salad bar, and bread if you ask for it. Salad bars take a lot of attention and was kept clean.We chose a Ribeye and Filet Mignon cooked to our order medium-rare with fully loaded baked potato.Seating was mostly couples and tables of four. Larger groups were in another room.Full bar. Private parking lot. Open for dinner Tues-Sunday, lunch Tues-Fri, and brunch only on Sunday.Convenient from BNA airport and The HermitageOverall good value for a steak dinner. The steak was of very good quality and taste.Reservation is essential.Two Small Gripes: * The baked potato had the consistency of a steamed baked potato* Bread was soft like you get at a wedding at a Holiday Inn.

Salad bar was great! It had a lot of choices. Honestly, the steak had room for improvement! My husband and I both agreed on the price we paid. Our steaks at home are way better! Just had little to no flavor/seasoning! It's a cute restaurant and service was great - but room for taste of food is needed!

This place is so delicious and the service was spot on. 10-10 recommend. The ambiance is also very nice and clean. Salad bar was the best in town.

Customer Service: Good, but I wish it was easier to communicate with making reservations, etc. Inside: waitress was good, when you get put off in the cut, you kind of get forgotten about.Food: I'll be honest, the food for the price is fine? Like. The bubble bread is not good. The steak again for the price wasn't the best and i was disappointed. The salad bar is the best part of this entire thing. I loved that.

Old fashion salad bar in a good way. Simple, clean, restocked often, something different with smoked mussels. Dessert we couldn't fit in our bellies, but for those who ordered it... it was a flaming show and smelled amazing. Meat is cooked correctly and not tough or over cooked. Sides are okay, but order the bubble bread to start! It's fresh and tasty. Never disappointed when we go here, very consistent service and good eats.

Oddly enough, they offer a really good Salas bar.The service is friendly and quick. The decor is a but dated, but it adds to the appeal I. My opinion

Great experience.Salad bar is great. So few restaurants have them but thus one is done right; lots of choices. I had the filet and it was prepared perfectly. Service was great. Very bust at this restaurant but our waiter was very attentive to our party of 5.

It just ain't that good , steak was tough and zero flavor. Staff and salad bar was good but this place is way overpriced.

My husband and I came to this restaurant. We didn't feel very comfortable we didn't have any reservations and either did other people and they were only a party of 2 like us and were seated before us! Which made us feel more uncomfortable! Way over priced I had a strip and husband had a chicken breast and we shared a spinach dip and 2 sweet teas! $90 dollars completely way overpriced for the dinner we were served only had a few chips with the dip waiter never asked if something was wrong with it! Absolutely the worst spinach dip we've ever eaten wouldn't serve that to a dog! I wouldn't give this place a star at all if I had my choice! Lesson learned never again will I go to an uncomfortable place and spend over a hundred dollars with the tip ever again
