We've been having a weekly addiction to Zippy's for the past two months that i finally downloaded the app to get those reward points and I'm at about 10,000 points at this rate! Zippy's is great for to-go orders on in dining. If you dine in person and get the kids meal, they give you a token (kids only) to redeem a free toy at the gashapon toy machine. To-go orders: if you place the order online, you'll get a text message of when the food is ready and placed in a locker that opens up when you reply back open which is literally GENIUS best to-go order system ever omg! There's also "Ohana Meals" which are family size portions and also Catering size as well that are perfect for parties and birthdays and makes food so easy. This will be our thanksgiving meal!Food (our go-tos):- Surf Pac Deluxe: literally has everything for a big meal with the chili and spam and chicken- Loco Moco: classic but much better here- Chili Rice: nice bowl of their super famous oh so delicious chili with beans on top of rice- Grilled Cornbread: 2 pieces and something about it is way better than regular cornbread!- Keiki Spaghetti with Garlic Bread: kids meal but is also enough for an adult with yummy garlic bread that's slathered with butter

Zippy's has finally landed in Vegas a little over a year ago and we finally had the chance to visit very recently. I must say that was very happy with our two (!!!) visits: first visit was on the way in from LA and second visit was on the way home...we ordered via mobile app both times because we had Harvey (our dog) with us. Tip: you get a free small chili rice after your first mobile order! Mobile order was seamless and it was so hard to choose bc the is menu is extensive. For pick up, you'll retrieve your order from a locker (similar to Amazon locker). We enjoyed our first meal outside on their dog-friendly patio. A friendly staff member came by to check on things and she couldn't have been nicer (sadly, I didn't get her name)...she had a wonderful conversation with us and was very enthusiastic about her job and the company. It was great to hear this personal feedback and it truly does add to the overall experience. Although our food was already very delicious (Zip Pac Deluxe + Korean Fried Chicken + Fruit Punch) this interaction made it even better.Upon entering, you'll notice a very enticing pastry case in front and then go to the right for "dine-in" and left for "pick-up" or on-the-spot ordering. It's a very busy and fun environment...spacious and well-lit...happy customers and a multitude of employees all contributing to the customer experience.For our second meal, we placed an advance mobile order for the drive back home. Although we scheduled the pick-up time more than one hour in advance, we received several text messages that the order would be delayed for reasons unknown to us. Ultimately, it was a 40-minute delay but that gave us more time to explore the area around the restaurant. When we finally retrieved our orders, I noticed that everything was nicely and securely packed. We had some liquidy (sp?) items like chili rice and oxtail soup and they safely made it back home on the 5-hour car ride. I really appreciated this attention to detail and customer care.We hope to be back again soon. For me, it was really a highlight of our quick weekend trip and Vegas is lucky to have Zippy's.

In early February we spent the weekend in LV and decided on Zippy's. We had a group of 9 and were seated pretty quickly. Their dining area is actually quite large but it wasn't too noisy inside, either. They have a lot of menu items to choose from so it was hard to decide on what to try. The portions were generous. The food was good but some dishes were on the salty side for me. The chili Loco Moco needed a little more chili and the loco Moco needed a little more gravy. Overall food was served hot and quick. It was a pleasant group dinner!

We like Zippy's. It feels like we are back in Hawaii everytime we visit. Long gone are the opening pains which kept us away.Our fav is the the Zip Pack Deluxe. It has all our favs. This trip we ordered the Zip Pack Deluxe and the KFC breakfast and shared. It was the perfect bite of everything.

So many options to choose from but came in specifically for the oxtail soup. The portion was 4-5 pieces of oxtail very plentiful with rice and fresh ginger on the side. Our server John was attentive and constantly checked on us as well as other server. When we arrived they quoted 20 mins but the bar seats are first come first serve so we sat immediately. We also tried the yeast chocolate donut which was light and fluffy. Plenty of other bakery items to try next time. Overall great service and delicious food.

A year later and we made our way back to Zippy's. Forgot what we had ordered previously and looks like we ended up with the same orders as last time though hubby ended up with French toast instead of rice.Overall, you get a good portion of food and it's good overall. Doesn't tend to be a place we crave and we haven't found a real go-to order yet. Will remember to look up my review next time so I can order something else.

I was so excited to try out Zippys because Ive heard a lot about it! We came in with a big party of 16 people on a Sunday morning and didnt have to wait too long for our table. I got the wun tun min because I was craving soup really bad. The broth had a lot of flavor was perfect to compliment the chilly day. The wontons itself had a lot of flavor and soaked up the broth well! I liked how they did not skimp out on the wontons or charsiu! I felt like there was an endless amount of noodles as well- worth it with the price point!I also tried a bite of the chicken and loco moco from my friends plate and they were also really good!!! Our server Jonathon made our experience the best! He was personable and funny! We felt bad about having a big party but Jonathon went out his way to get our orders right AND even offered to do the bills separately! He made no mistakes and had such a good vibe!

It always starts as soon as you walk through the doors. You are greeted with a warm Aloha and a smile!!! You are always family when you eat here. The service is always top notch. They remember your name and ask about the family. Even though we are not in Hawaii the ambiance makes you feel like you are. It is truly a little piece of home. The food is beyond perfection! We always try to order something new off the menu. This time was no exception. However, we always have to order the staples as a must. So Fried Chicken and Chili with beans and the Chicken Trio!!! It was truly as AMAZING & DELICIOUS as ever!!! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

It was my first time here and it was so delicious! The Korean fried chicken was so crispy and the sauce was the perfect sweet/savory combo. The Mac and cheese and rice sides were a great complement to the chicken as well.The service was incredible, our waiter Jonathan did a phenomenal job serving our party of 15 people.
