Ambiance - large and very spacious restaurantService - excellent. We think our server was the owner because he gave us an extra piece for dessert since the original serving is only for two people but there were three of us. He frequently checked in on us.Food - was made to order and did not come in carts so you could not see what you're ordering apart from the pictures in the menu. Some items did not have a picture. We ordered corn egg drop soup ( just ok), sticky rice (fresh and tasted very good), pork and shrimp siu mai (moist and soft and freshly made - delicious!), crispy eggplant (never had this before and it was fresh and delicious), sesame balls and sweet rice cake. Except for the soup, everything was delicious.

Yum Cha offers an unforgettable dim sum experience. Tucked away in a strip mall with plenty of parking. We came in on Thursday late morning, and it was quiet with attentive service and a relaxed, soft lighting ambiance. The food came out freshly made and rather quickly. We ordered the spare ribs and chicken feet, both were equally delicious, and we can't get enough of them. The West Lake beef soup, fried rice, and bok choy were very good, with adequate portions and left us satisfied. And we finished with the egg custard, which was delightfully silky and made fresh in-house. Our server told us it is an authentic recipe and made from scratch for hours. Impressive! I thought NYC had the best dim sum, but I was mistaken. Las Vegas indeed has one of the best culinary wonders that's diverse and authentic and keeps me wanting for more.

Alot of people go here for dim sum and with the long wait I expected bad service and good food. Actually, the waitress was really nice but got our order mixed up and the food was.... decent or below average. I'm gonna stick with the 3 stars because it's alright, but I wouldn't go back here. The ambiance however was really cool, you can see all the dim sum being made and most of the items you order are going to be fresh, it just isn't my taste.

Great variation of foods in a massive place.Waiter was rude, cannot expect good service when dining here. We wanted to order all one time but she says you can order later which of course with that attitude won't let us to order anything after. Decent food taste and like everyone else says there is surcharge when paying through credit card. This is not really pleasant knowing other places do not implement this practice.

We tried a new dim sum place while in Vegas. Some were hit and some were miss. The service was fast and efficient. The food came out mostly fresh. We loved the juicy shui mai, ribs in black bean sauce and their tofu skin. The sticky rice was nice too, not too mushy or sticky. The misses were the congee with pork, pork slices instead of floss. And the taro cake were greasy and not the freshest. The eggplant with shrimp was over steamed and the shrimp balls were just ok. I would come back and try some other dishes. Looked like they were pretty busy on Sunday and every table seemed to have something different. They had pretty decent chili oil and red vinegar was already on the table. Would give it 3.5 stars.

Overall, this spot has potential! While the service can vary from minimal to average, this time we were pleasantly surprised by a very sweet lady who seemed to be the manager. I appreciate that they offer a wide variety of vegetarian dim sum, which is a nice change from the usual offerings at dim sum restaurants. As for the Ambiance, its a typical Chinese jointEverything we ordered was quite good, but one downside was that they used paper plates. Here's what we tried: - Shu Mai - Pork Spare Ribs - Crispy Taro Pancake - Baked BBQ Pork Bun - Beef Rice Noodle - Golden Sand Lava Custard Bun Most items were typical and nothing overly extraordinary, except for the Golden Sand Lava Custard Bun. It was absolutely delicious! Although it's not something I would typically order, our sweet server highly recommended it, and I'm so glad we listened. It was a standout dish that I can't stop raving about!

Eaten a couple times dine-in and have done many takeouts. Yummy and decent quality dim sum with a good variety. Service is fast and semi open kitchen is cool to look at. Almost everything I've gotten here is very good. The only thing sub par would be the signature dim sum item xiu mai. Very small and kind of tough in texture. Not really juicy so disappointing. Their har gow is actually very good and their steam lava egg buns is to die for with a lot of filling!! Takeout is always pretty fast with about a 10min turn around time. They provide soy sauce and chili oil for all take out orders. They also have hot and sour soup and egg drop soup. Pros:-Decent service-food is good overall -picture menus -takeout includes chili oil -plenty of tables and seating -free parking in shared parking plaza Cons:-slightly pricey but dim sum is expensive nowadays -surcharge with all cc payments -bathrooms are slightly dirty but what old Chinese restaurant isn't

Came around 11:30am or so, there were not a lot of people at that time and we got seated right away, but right when it got to noon there were lots of people waiting in line, I would definitely recommend coming early. We ordered right away, but it took a good amount of time to get our food. We didn't mind too much since we were already seated and we ordered porridge and that came right away. It also looks like they were making/steaming the dishes as they go, which you can see at the front. We really enjoyed all the dishes, especially the chicken feet, porridge, and jellyfish salad. Everything was flavorful and filling. Was not a huge fan of the shrimp in the shrimp rolls and wouldn't recommend it.

I'm not sure I'd return to this place, mainly because of the service. Our waitress was overly pushy and a bit too aggressive, making the experience feel uncomfortable. I would have appreciated more space to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. The food itself was just okay--nothing too memorable. However, the dim sum in the morning is something I might consider coming back for. Hopefully, the service experience improves because that would make a big difference.

Everything I come here, food is amazing! People are nice. Potions are good and affordable. When we get a chance to come to Vegas this is where we go.
