Yaad Patty

I've heard great things about Yaad Patty and finally got a chance to try them at a local farmer's market. We had already tried another food truck beforehand, so grabbed one regular beef patty to share - they're actually really good sized, bigger than my hand. The dough is crazy flaky, too, so keep it in the paper pouch to avoid making a giant mess. I personally didn't love the beef filling, it seemed fairly one-note. But I am looking forward to finding them again to try their jerk chicken.

We've tried this food truck from Bruce Trent Farmer's Market. We like the veggie, mushroom and the shrimp patties. We like that it's a little spicy. We'll be back for more.Thank you.

The best place for jerk and Patties. Sad they are closed now but they are definitely missed. No other parties and jerk like what they provided.

Surprised nobody's been talking' y'all up! I'm from NYC and I haven't had Jamaican food that was worth mentioning out here! Went specifically to Sky Canyon Farmers Mkt to visit their stall...I was not disappointed! The Jerk Chkn perfectly spiced (not too hot, the extra jerk sauce was appreciated too! TY!) The slaw and bread were perfect NICE! Smelled and felt like a backyard party! I'll def be talking y'all up! I wish u both much success and blessings in your start up! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!I wanted to follow-up to say that typical Jamaican Jerk is tasty but also much more spicy-hot for me. Chef Ryan & Shanice made a flavorful Jerk that didn't make me tear up but invited me and my partner to want more! Y'all should check'Em out!!! I'll def be back!

Had finally made it to las vegas and I knew once I got here I had to go over and check out Chef Ryan and Yaad Patty. The patties were flavorful and just the right amount of filling to dough. My family and I also got some plates and the Jerk Chicken is now my girlfriends new favorite dish! We will be going back soon and often!

These patties sucked! They were obviously old and stale and if they were fresh, the dough for the crust needs to be completely re-examined. I was looking forward to trying these patties at the Mountain's Edge farmers market. So as soon as I got there, I went directly to their stall that was waving the Jamaican flag. Being from New York and my family is from the Caribbean, I've eaten alot of different food from that region and this was by far the "WORST" patties that I've ever had. We ordered two beef and one "JERK" chicken patties. The jerk chicken was obviously smoked and in pink chunks. The flavor was far from authentic and left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. The texture and flavor of the beef was gross and my wife found a few thyme sticks inside of hers. She pointed out that the crust seemed rubbery instead of the authentic flaky texture she is accustomed to. We both took a couple of bites and found them to be inedible. She said "It's no way that these were Jamaican wife approved". Ryan seemed to be nice guy, but no level of good customer service can make up for terrible food. I felt like it was a waste of $20 (3 patties plus tip). The coco bread was okay so I used it to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Ultimately, I was highly disappointed for something that I waited weeks to try. Any true Yaadie would not approve!
