Smoothie tasted great! First time here and will definitely be back.Manager was very friendly and the store was very clean.

I woke up craving a protein shake and this was the place that caught my eye. The man who took my order was very nice and had a great smile! He was alone but was making sure that everyone who came in felt welcomed. I ordered a peanut butter and banana shake. The shakes are made with water instead of milk, which was different for me. Being honest the flavor was good, but the shake was a little thin. I would've preferred a thicker shake. The plus side is that my shake was 30g of protein, and I needed that. They use toasted oats to put into the shake so you get a little texture, I enjoyed that. When you spend a certain amount they give you a free muffin, I chose the coconut one. It was good!! I could've eaten a 6 pack of the muffins. They offer fitness classes during the week, and you can get a free class when you spend $10. I'll definitely come back to try a few more of the shakes and hopefully get in a class or two.

It's nice to have a place on the East Side that has nutritious drinks and "snacks" (waffles, crepes, acai bowls).While it is a little pricey, you do expect to pay more for a product that isn't full of preservatives & sugar.I got two of their drinks for my first visit, but I look forward to coming back for nibbles.Staff is super friendly and patiently explains the nutrient advantages of their products (like mental focus).

Amazing !!!! Was looking for a healthy snack when I came across extra nutrition! The owner was very friendly! I ordered an açaí bowl and a crepe is was so fresh and yummy! Definitely my new favorite spot!

The venue is very clean and has an open layout. The staff is extremely welcoming and informative. The menu is easy to navigate and full of great healthy choices. We ordered the açaí bowl, waffle, mint chocolate meal replacement shake, muffins and horchata hunger control shake. I love that all the food and ingredients were fresh and free of additives, processed items or unhealthy ingredients. Everything was perfect, delicious and fresh! The plan was to save these items from breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we tried everything so we'll definitely have to go back and restock for the week! Also, I'm looking forward to try out the fitness classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm! Can't wait!

Carlos will get you right!! Fresh juice and a full cleanse. I was sick and sluggish, unable to eat food for 2 days. got the green goddess. Within 5 minutes my energy came back. Excellent service and great energy
