We always appreciate having a condo and a full kitchen. The staff is friendly, but there's always the high pressure sales atmosphere, where the hospitality involves time share sales pitches, which, frankly, are interruptions in a vacation. The mattresses and toiletries are great. There is no elevator in the 3 story buildings, which besides violating the ADA law, makes a first floor accommodation mandatory, not to mention making lugging suitcases up and down three flights a must . Not cool. (Note: we prefer a high floor. We were offered a first floor, but that is not the correct solution. An elevator is the solution, and complies with federal law.)Also this internet connection is very unstable and disconnects frequently. Very frustrating and unacceptable when paying owners expect the services they pay for.We most likely will go back to Desert Retreat, which is less invasive and closer to many places we go.

Pros: location just outside of the strip. They have a free shuttle that takes you to the strip and once a day it goes to the grocery store. Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is friendly and they have a few provisions if you need them. Cons: no elevators. You will be dragging your luggage up stairs. Thin building material. You will here every step your upstairs neighbors make and you will here everyone dragging their luggage up the stairs when they check in. The cons aren't enough to keep me from staying again.

I've had the opportunity to stay at all of the Wyndham properties in Vegas. This is absolutely the worst location out of all of them!!! The floors and carpets were dirty, one room was missing the tv remote, and the dishwasher was disgusting! The worst part of all... they still use mini plastic toiletry bottles. Why?!?We also had an incident that required the involvement of management. Unfortunately, we felt as if they just brushed off the complaint. It was very inconvenient to stay on the third floor without an elevator. We'll definitely avoid this location for all future stays.

They stay wasn't bad but when we were checking out house keeping put a bag of laundry on the stairs and when I was coming down the stairs with my hands full I tripped over it and fell down the stairs and it's been weeks and my ankle is still hurt thanks to the complete negligence of the staff

This Condo Style property in Las Vegas was just what we needed. It's off the strip but close enough to drive to the strip and very quiet. Plenty of parking and smoke free. Our 1 room condo had a very cloud like bed, huge bathroom and a family room with a pull down bed, dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to fix early morning snacks and coffee to jump start our day.The property is very simple. The 24 hour lobby offers a small snack shop and friendly service. My only complaint is the connection here sucks. We struggled to find phone service. WI Fi is an extra $5.00 a day.I'm not sure how it works here but my guys sister booked the room for us. They may try to get you to join a 90 minute seminar if your not a member but they do respect your decline. If your looking for something away from the action of Vegas this was perfect. They also offer free shuttle services to the strip.

Negative stars. This place is trash...trash...trash....I have been with Worldmark for many years and this far has been the worst experience with this place. First of all, Worldmark cancels my one my nephews room (he reserved two) without notice and had the nerve to try and charge him for an additional night. He had two confirmation numbers but Worldmark tells him he is not allowed to reserve two room in his name. So he asked then why did Worldmark accept both of his reservations and gave him two confirmation numbers? He was told, "well that what's the computer did and we have no control over it." He was also told prior to our arrival that the room THEY canceled would not be available for the second day after being told that his request was "high" on the list to get back. BS!!!! That is code word for we don't give a crap about you. Note: My nephew was told their new policy (2021) is that they do not give notice of any cancellations. You are just arsed out!!!! Now for the room: The room smelled like smoke, a previous card for entry was left in the room, the floor was not vacuumed, and the living room furniture was not cleaned. The Murphy bed was old, outdated, had rips in the mattress. I wouldn't have my worst enemy sleep on that old crappy bed. My sister disinfected the entire place only for it to be "okay" for the ONE night that was given back to us after THEY canceled the reservation without notice. Your front desk calls and we complain about the smell. So what does Worldmark do? Bring someone to the room with Febreeze!!! Really Worldmark Febreeze????? We were not upset with the guy who showed up, we are pissed off at Worldmark. Luckily, the second room was okay. Now for my room. It was okay, until I saw this huge hair hanging from one of the hangers in the closet, a damaged refrigerator, huge cracks in the ceiling of the bathroom and bottom part of the bathroom was not nice looking. Come at your own risk. I will not, I repeat, will not return to this place again. WORLDMARK does not care. All of the dues we paid and housekeeping fees are not being used for its purpose. Crap Crap Crap.

Love how this place is not too far from the strip, making it easy to get there and back. Friendly staff, smooth check in and out, and a clean room. I will be back next time me and my boyfriend are in Vegas!

This is NOT a RESORT. This is a cheap apartment complex that they slapped the title "resort" on. Do not waste your timeshare points on this; just go stay on the strip. There are no elevators, so have fun hauling your bags up flights of outdoor stairs. There is a mediocre pool and a small hot tub that is caged-in, but that is where the resemblance to a resort stops. Also, the neighborhood is not great. My significant other and I went to a Walgreens just a block away or so and encountered multiple crackheads. Despite this, the "resort" is wide open. Anyone can come or go. No front gate. Lastly, the AC caps out at 68 degrees, but there is no air circulation or fans in the rooms so it does not feel anywhere near 68 degrees. I expected more for 160k timeshare points plus tax and fees. The only shining point was that the staff are nice, speedy, and accommodating.

Even if you are an owner, they will harass you to do a timeshare presentation. They basically held our resort passes hostage as they tried to talk us into it. You have to pay for WiFi, and the TV's basically don't work unless you have their WiFi, so it's easier to just stay at a hotel. Not sure why we're even owners anymore. I feel like I'm in a bad mood from the harassment every time we stay at a worldmark. (And there were at least 5 timeshare reps on duty--why??? Put some of that money towards stupid WiFi--even most hotels offer it free now!)
