WorldMark Las Vegas - Spencer Street

My stay at this resort-style hotel was absolutely wonderful! Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip, it provided a peaceful and serene retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, and the pool amenities were fantastic - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.One of the highlights was the ease of access for ride-share services and late-night food delivery, making it convenient to explore the city and enjoy delicious meals without any hassle.However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. Firstly, there was a fee for WiFi access, priced at $14.99 for two devices for a certain number of days. Which is only of note if you're working on location or happen to be unable to use cell service. Additionally of note, there was a fee for cleaning during the stay, although we didn't utilize this service.The in-unit washer and dryer, as well as the dishwasher, were all in perfect working order, which was incredibly convenient. The availability of eating utensils and cookware made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to dine in.We did encounter a small issue with the hand soap - we couldn't get a refill, so we ended up using the provided bar soap for part of our stay. However, everything else was provided in just the right amount to accommodate two people for six nights.Overall, despite the minor inconveniences, our stay was delightful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay away from the chaos of the Strip.

Wow! Extremely family friendly. I got a one bedroom kitchen was nice and living room had an extra bed. Super clean and it had many utensils and and plates. Dishwasher. Pool was awesome! Was not crowded!! And good for the kids walkable back to my place. . Parking was awesome Security walks around at night It was a great getaway for my family away from home and away from the daily traffic. Quiet place (: and it's 10 mins away from the strip.

Friendly staff, quiet area, safe & clean rooms. Covered parking. Just 5-10 minutes from the strip.Typical WorldMark set up. Has a nice pool, just too hot for me to hang outside.

This is a much smaller one compared to the other timeshare that we stayed. They have the usual inside the unit. I like their cable - they have a lot of interesting channels. They have a pool. Ample parking. They have a free shuttle that takes you to the strip hourly until 10pm or so. Employees are welcoming and courteous. Checking - in is fast and easy.

We decided to come here for one of my little honeys birthday, it's his first time visiting Vegas and we needed something with a more "home" feel.Can I just say that EVERY.SINGLE.STAFF member I have encountered has been genuinely the sweetest . We laughed and talked, they seem overall happy, that's a big deal when working in hospitality, as there are a lot of stressors. However they seem happy. Great job WorldMark, whatever you are doing for your employees, keep doing it and do more if you can, they def deserve it!This location is extremely clean, close to plenty shops and even Blueberry Hill, which is absolutely tasty! I did the check in option via text before arrival and it was a smooth process, everything was ready when we pulled up and guess what?We walked into our room and were greeted by balloons, ribbons, and a happy birthday sign! My baby was surprised and smiling ear to ear! What a great memory on his first trip to Vegas, I'll be sure to take photos of this location and share below once we leave, for now I want to soak in the goodness and enjoy my trip.Thanks again, I'll keep coming to this location forsure.10/10

When you request something and it's done right, it makes all the difference in the world! Requesting birthday decorations, nothing too big, and they came through. We loved it. The room was clean. The facility itself was immaculate. It was quiet, not noisy like some other places we've stayed at in Vegas. The parking wasn't a separate fee, another bonus! Close enough to the strip but far enough away from the crowds. A happy medium.

Almost couldn't find it...This is our first time staying in this Worldmark location. Actually, out of the four Las Vegas WorldMark by Wyndham locations we've only ventured in staying at the South Las Vegas Blvd address. WorldMark Spencer is an older building and away from The Strip, closer to residential homes. If we wanted to drive, let's say, to Paris Hotel & Casino it takes about 3 miles to drive but walking and cutting through some shortcuts would take some 2.31 miles (roughly a 6-10 min walk)... it was 111° last weekend in Vegas with an excessive heat warning mostly all weekend so we refrained from walking anywhere... we would melt.We stayed in a one bedroom unit right between the entrance and the check-in registration lobby so it was nice that we were in and out without driving through the resort parking lot. Not sure if this location had a parking garage but our section had car stalls (like apartments). Love the fully equipped kitchen but our unit didn't come with a BBQ grill. We usually like to throw a couple of steaks on the grill at least one time during our stay. Well, the heatwave prevented us from doing that anyway. Surprisingly, we didn't get a call from the front desk to attend an owner update meeting... not once!! whoohoo! One thing I did like about this location is that it is really close to South Maryland Parkway and not too far from Valerio's, Seafood City, and Jollybee.... mmm, yes, when I get a craving for some halo halo I don't have far to go!Review #1058

It was my first time staying at a WorldMark property in Las Vegas as an owner. The property was located in a pretty quiet area just South of E Flamingo Rd. The check-in process was quick and the lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. The only thing that I had an issue with during my stay was that parking was very limited as they had some construction taking place. Quite a few of the parking spots were taken up to store their equipment. Fortunately for me, I didn't feel like going out much, so I only moved the car once during my stay. This location was also very convenient. There's a Target, Albertsons, and various restaurants all about a block away. You definitely don't have to go very far to get supplies.Very common to staying at a WorldMark property is that they'll invite you to a sales or owner update presentation. They'll give you something for your time if you wish to endure the 1 hr presentation. They took me over to the Tropicana property for the owner update via a shuttle.

This location is not the nicest location I've been too... However when I arrived here around 10pm the front attend was very nice and informative. We check in very quickly and went to our room. As we walked to the room I notice on site security walking the grounds, which was nice to see. We get to our room and it looks and smells clean. I check the around to see if they actually cleaned behind certain object like the CD player, they did! The room is very spacious and had a king side bed in he bedroom and a Murphy queen in the living room. It has all plates, glass and items need to make a meal. This place is awesome if you looking to save some money on the food side. There is a store a few miles down the road to stock up on items for the fridge. The A/C was not amazing and the room was warm at times. The pool closes Around 10pm.There is a daily shuttle back and forth to the strip which is nice so you don't have to pay for parking or a Uber/Lyft ride.We took a Lyft ride from the Airport which cost around $8.

Stayed here four nights and had a great experience! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out! Darlene and MacKenzie at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful! The room was very clean and well stocked for the days we stayed. It's super close to the strip and other shopping centers! The biggest and sweetest surprise was getting this gift for my birthday from the staff, how awesome!!! Thank you WM Spencer! I will definitely be coming back.
