Mehhh... I didn't know it was $50 until I started reading the reviews and asked my boyfriend how much he paid Lol that's about what we paid for sushi earlier today! I would say it's worth about $20-$25. TERRIBLE job spacing out the cars, so people started taking it upon themselves to create space which eventually caused bumper to bumper stop & go driving. There were some good tunes playing and it was synced to the lights. Not a fan of their Instagram giveaway promo. It's pretty disruptive and annoying. We came here cause it's close to home & convenient in comparison to other options. Are we going to do it again next year despite my complaints? Probably Lol my bf is willing to pay more for convenience. Also, side note - I love hot cocoa and I'm kind of sad that someone said they got a coupon for free hot cocoa inside the M and we didn't get that... :(

This is our 1st year coming to World of Illumination. We're 2 adults with no children, but since we live so close, we thought it'd be a fun way to get in some holiday cheer. I'm really glad I saw presale pop up a couple months ago and only paid $30 for the experience, although I feel like even $30 is a bit pricey. Took us 23 minutes to drive through, and that included stopping several times since there were cars in front of us stopping for photos/videos. It was fun and cheerful, but I felt like there was a lot of space between some of the displays. I also didn't love how the light displays were only one sided; when you're not driving in one of the "tunnels" this lack of lights on all sides really made the maze feel dull. We noticed several places throughout the maze where the lights were not working properly. The speed bumps throughout the display were also a bit much. I understand they have to safely cover the electrical cords and ensure safe driving speed, but man where the speed bumps sharp. A soft "hill" speed bump would have been so much nicer. Also, the entrance signage is horrific. The entrance is off Bowes Ave. behind the Arco; the exit comes out on Gilespie St. During our time in the maze, we saw several vehicles try to enter at the exit. If you have an SUV or minivan packed full of friends, family, or kids, then I think this is a fun experience. If you're just going as an adult couple, I'd maybe skip the high price and lackluster experience.

We came here last night with our two year old. Driving through the lights with the music that went with it was a fun family activity for us. Tickets are pricey and based off per vehicle ranging from 39.99-49.99 (depending on the day you go). We bought our ticket through Costco which was discounted at 39.99 and to be used for any day. When we redeemed our ticket online, you pick a time slot to help ease the flow of cars coming in. Then you show the staff the QR code where they tell you to switch to their FM station that's linked with the Christmas lights. Make sure to turn off your headlights of your car while driving through to enjoy the lights. They also give a voucher of free hot cocoa to use at Baby cakes cafe inside the M casino after you leave. One thing that my husband and I were pretty peeved about is that there were no proper signs showing where the main entrance to the World of Illumination was located. Since it was our first time, we drove into the parking lot of the M casino where there were arrows pointing to the direction for the lights. We followed the sign only to come across the staff putting up cones blocking the road. We got there a bit early with our time slot reservation being at 6 pm so we decided to wait near the parking garage like other cars did. Once it was past 6 pm, we noticed that there were no staff near the cones where they blocked the road. We looked around and realized that there were cars lining up on the other side of the parking garage. We had to go around the M casino and turn onto Bowes avenue where we finally found the main entrance to the lights. It would have been nice if there were signs to guide people on where to enter because we weren't the only cars who got lost trying to find the main entrance. It would have also helped too if there were staff standing near the cones that were blocked off directing people where to find the main entrance. It was so confusing and annoying since we got there early too. We've been to the glittering lights at the motor speedway in the past and they had better signs and staff directing you where to go. Seeing our son smile and enjoy the lights was the highlight of our night. We might come back next year if they have a better way of directing people where to go.

Nice drive thru light experience but, if you've experienced Glimmering Lights at Motor Speedway, there's no comparison! This experience consists of thin strings of lights though genius with various Christmas lights singing along to music, it's not worth the cost! This experience has the potential to be better for families if snacks or treats are offered for the experience at least for kiddos! I enjoyed this light show because I'm a big kid but would suggest taking the family to Glimmering Lights for a full Christmas experience!

World of Illumination is a fun and easy activity for Christmas. My toddler loved this so much. We came once on our own and were lucky enough to return through Yelp too.The process to get in and through the light show was organized and efficient. There were employees out directing cars to the entrance. I was very impressed. I thought it would take much longer. We went at open and they had coned off lines to queue up all the cars. Right at 6:00 the employees started scanning QR codes and sending people in. The line for the show moved smoothly. The light show had lots of fun lights to see with coordinated music. Last year we did something similar at Cowabunga Bay and we found this show to be far more professional. There was a fun variety of lights, all were working, and they used different effects. My toddler was completely enamored with it. It did feel magical for something you simply drive through. This was a bit on the pricey side. I used an influencer discount code for 20% off and went on a weekday (which is cheaper than weekends). It was still about $50. I did see that there was a discount card at Costco (for $30-$35) if you are okay with the extra work of buying that before booking. Closer to Christmas there were discounts too. Overall, this was a really fun Christmas activity for our family. It may not be the best value for someone with a Christmas activity budget, but we would return next year.

World of Illumination is one of the top drive-thru holiday light shows! This year, World of Illumination is hosted at the M Resort Spa and Casino in Las Vegas. World of Illumination has a variety of locations in the US, though, and you can visit their website to see the locations. One ticket per vehicle, and online tickets only. The current operating hours are the followingTuesday - Sunday 6:00 P.M - 10:00 P.M.Listed on their website specifically states that there is a specific arrival window and time for your ticket. No immediate entrance will be guaranteed, and wait times can fluctuate. On the website, prices can range from $39.99 - $49.99 depending on the day and how many reservations are booked. I ended up going twice to the World of Illumination. I had so much fun.Once you get through the QR code scanning, the team member provides you with the radio station to connect to. You'll also need to turn your car's lights off while driving through the holiday light show. The holiday lights were so beautiful! What was super cool was that the lights were in sync with the music! Certain light colors would change, and the modes that the lights were running, depending on the song.We heard a few popular ones such asMariah Carey's - All I want for ChristmasSia - CandylaneThe World of Illumination had great displays, and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a drive-thru holiday light show! It took approximately 15 minutes to drive-thru.

Frankly, this was an underwhelming experience that was not worth the price tag nor the wait. The line just to get in was like a Disneyland line but full of cars instead of people. It took us about 30 mins to get through itWhat stood out most to me about the show was that many of the rows had the same one or two light displays just copied and pasted down the entire path. For a light show hosted by the M and that costs $50/car I would expect far higher quality and quantity of displaysIf this was in the range of $10-15 it would maybe be a 3 star experience. If this show is there next year, your time and money would be better spent driving through some neighborhoods to look at lights

I absolutely recommend this experience! If you're local to Vegas, you know that Glittering Lights was the only big light experience like this in town for a long time. The waits there were insane. World of Illumination does it right! We bought our ticket online a few days before the event to ensure smooth sailing and added on the 3d glasses pack. Tickets were $50 per car, and the glasses were $10 for a 4 pack. It was at the M, which is very close to me, so navigating to it was a snap. They have lines and rows for cars and time how many get through in which lane at a given time. It was very well laid out and well organized. We waited maybe 15 minutes at most to get through the snaking line, into a lane, and then into the show. You tune your radio to a certain station, and the lights and everything are synched up.It was so much fun and I think it was very much worth it. Me and 3 friends went in 1 car and split between us it was totally affordable. It was also about a 20-minute experience with so many cool lights and creative things. I would love to make this an annual tradition!
