Nestled just off a bustling main street, this park finds itself in the vibrant company of Faiss Middle School and Cowabunga Bay. While its aesthetics are undeniably charming, the park's location lends itself to a lively atmosphere, making it less than ideal for those seeking tranquility. The walking path, though modest in size, offers a pleasant stroll. And let's not forget the expansive playground and luscious grass area, perfect for endless hours of play and relaxation. There are a few picnic tables and grills, as well. But the attraction of some sketchy people nearby makes this park a pass for me.

Lots of parking, great playground, lots of grassy areas for the pup, but unfortunately they do not have a separate dog park :(The keikis really enjoyed playing on the equipment and the covering provided ample shade, although it was still really warm out, it helped.Downside: My grandson did find a steak knife near the top of the playground equipment. I asked him to kick it down to me, and I then used a doggy poop bag to pick it up and discard it in the trash. Really am surprised at how irresponsible people are with their belongings. Although the knife was dull, what in the heck was it doing on the playground equipment??? Come on people kids play here...In any case, the park was pretty clean and well maintained. Would definitely visit this park again.

Very fun and lots of equipment. Lots of grass and seating. There is a ton of graffiti from the middle school right by, so it isn't the best for kids who can read

Not in a great location. Busy street, plus water park right next to it. Not dog friendly at all.

This park is very spread out. Grass field, playground, picnic area, bathrooms. It's next to the high school and Wet n Wild. No dog park.

There's no words. Blood or something all over the sink in the womens bathroom. No doors on the bathroom stalls?? And then genitalia and cuss words drawn on literally every plastic surface on the park. So much for being a place to take children. Might as well take them walking downtown. One of the worst maintained parks I've seen yet.

This park is located to the left of Wet and Wild. It has a large grass area and two large play areas. They have infant swings which are fun. They have a large variety of slides, bridges and climbing areas. They have a large covered area with tables that have served me well for a couple of gatherings. They also had the kid area padded which is nice for falls. There can get some riff raff here and kids that are unattended by their parents. Overall though it is a fun family park that I look forward to playing at.

I love coming to this park during the pandemic. There is a ton of parking and it is very well maintained. It's a pretty busy park. I've come at different times throughout the week and there are usually families and kids playing. I've never come to an empty park. My favorite part about this park are the hills by wet n wild. During sunset the hill is super nice to get a view of the nearby mountains. There is also a swimming rec center and a playground. This park is not that big and parts are near the busy Ft Apache street. If you walk along the side with the hill there is a path to behind the wet n wild which isn't too busy and still has good Mountain View's. Overall, a nice and well maintained park.

***YELP 100 CHALLENGE 44/100***A quick getaway when the kids feel antsy at home and need to burn some energy. It is located on Fort Apache next to FAISS middle school and shares a parking lot with Wet n Wild. It's not enormous in size but big enough to have two play areas, one side appropriate for the bigger kids and the other for the little ones. They have your standard park features: Slides, swings, jungle gym, monkey bars etc. and offers a sizeable area for kids and dogs to run around and to fly kites on days like yesterday where it was windy. Its surroundings maintained well and plenty of room to have a picnic with friends and family or hold a children's party.

Love the separate yet spacious structures for the little kids and big kids, and all the green space and picnic tables, great view of the mountains, plentiful parking. Kids love this place, just so many things to climb and swing from or slide down. Great place to fly kites, kick around a soccer ball, lounge on the lawn. However, the restrooms are horrendous, avoid at all costs. No soap (shudder), no doors on the stalls, not hygienic at all. There was a puddle of pee right in front of the entrance. Needs a deep cleaning or to be burned down.
