To begin with, me and my wife went there for our first night on Valentine's Day.... Yes someone forgot to call in to reserve a table However the waitress was suuuper kind, she told us she could help us with a bit of a wait. We agreed and after 20 min we were already setting inside. They had a valentines menu, and let me tell you it was awesome.Food was delicious, service top notch and great ambiance.Definitely coming back fro some more Thai food.Btw, the sticky rice with mango is amazing!!!

It was okay, not bad at all! We tried it out because we saw it on DDD. We ordered:-papaya salad. This was tasty, no complaints! -beef salad (called something else but it was beef salad)- I liked this, bit didn't understand the presentation. The Romaine was in whole strips which made it hard to eat together. It had lots of sauce so you couldn't just scoop it up like a lettuce wrap. Then a giant hunk of raw cabbage? It was strange. Flavors good but hard to eat. -duck- duck was crispy and flavors were good, but was overcooked and too dry. I'm not a fan of jalapeños so can't speak to the sauce, but if you like them I'm sure the sauce would have been rocking for you.

Honestly, the only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is that the prices are pretty nuts. I was paying an average price of $8 for Pad Thai in Seattle less than a decade ago and this was somehow $20. There's not that many eggs in it. After an order of spring rolls and a side bowl of rice, I paid $45 for lunch after tip. That being said, the rest of the experience is definitely 5 star. The food was delicious and the flavors distinct and vivid. It completely lived up to the hype. I'll definitely be back to sample the rest of the menu but I won't be there as often as I'd like because of the prices. The spring rolls were also delicious and a good size. The ambiance is OK. My wife loves Weera Thai, who also have excellent food because of the ambiance so after you factor in the higher cost to eat here, i doubt that I'm going to dislodge her from that being her first pick. All in all, The only bad thing I can say about this spot is that their prices are way too high but that is a significant factor in our eat out choices. This is the most expensive Thai spot I've ever eaten and they're on the wrong side of the tipping point when There are other spots with great food that charge less but offer a more elegant dining experience with food of similar quality.

A trip to Vegas will now always include an excursion to this amazing restaurant!Went on a last minute trip to Vegas, so stopping in was the first thing on my list. I'll reassert that I find this some of the best Thai food I've ever had...Service was fabulous again on this visit...caught a late lunch...our hostess/server was on point just like my previous visit...I feel very comfortable in this establishment...it feels like you're in the Chef's personal dining room...love this type of ambiance.Brought a different friend this time and he literally said, "this is some of the best food of any kind that I've ever had"!He got the lunch special ($14) served from 11a-3p M-F (except holidays).[All lunch specials include soup of the day (dine-in only), Jasmine rice, house salad, fried spring roll, fried wonton noodle and soft drink (coke product]He chose the Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables w/Beef (+$1) as his entrée.The soup was Mushroom.I ordered different stuff than on my previous visit...I want to try everything on the menu...My appetizer...Crispy Baby Crab ($12)[baby crab "do doo doo doo" with tamarind mayo. Eat the whole thing. No need for crab cracker]SO DELICIOUS!Little baby crabs deep fried to a crunchy texture and the tamarind mayo was the perfect dipping sauce. My entrée...Drunken Noodle (Pad Kee Mao) ($18) (+$3 for Beef)[Spicy stir-fried flat rice noodle, garlic chili, green peppercorn, baby corn, green bean, bell pepper, onion, carrot and basil. This dish meant to be the hangover cure after late night party. Are you ready? Your choice of protein]I asked for my spice level as "Thai Hot" and Chef Paul delivered perfectly. The equivalent of about a 9*. Perfect balance of flavors, textures and spice.I don't get my food extra spicy to blast my palate so I can't taste anything...I look for Chefs that can balance the spice with the flavor so that I can taste everything, with the heat of the spice at the back end of the flavor...Once again, I was extremely happy with my visit here.Chef Paul was gracious enough to come out from the kitchen to say Hi again...and he remembered me from my last visit from 2 months previous to this visit...what a sweetheart! You gotta try this hidden gem!

I came here for a birthday family dinner. We were able to walk in and immediately were seated for 5 people. It's an intimate seating space while still providing intimacy between tables. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable about traditional Thai customs and food she shared. We tried a number of dishes and everyone left very happy with the food presentation and taste. There are a number of spice sauces they bring to the table when asked. Very big menu that makes me want to go back and try more. The whole fish are a must try. Comes with a great fish sauce. All flavors were balanced equally and meat cooked to perfection. I am happy I ended up choosing this birthday dinner location.

Outstanding value and great flavors. Highly recommend small spot so good to book a spot in advance but walk ins outside of dinner hours will get in right away. Let the staff order for you and go spicy. Never understood people who order non spicy Thai food.

Had lunch here yesterday. It's a small restaurant. We tried a lot of different dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. There was one waitress for the lunch rush. She did a great job but they should really have two. See my pics

First off, it's a small place probable has less than ten table with the biggest table seating six. It was also kind of hot in there but then again it was manageable and the outside temperature was over 100. We ordered the spring roll and it was really thick. They loaded up with vegetables and if you like crunchy veggies I'd recommend this one. We also got the chicken satay which came with a sauce different from the peanut sauce from the spring roll. It had a slight curry flavor and came with a red onion cucumber salad which was refreshing. The last appetizer we got was the garlic pork rib and it was decent but I'm not sure I would order it again. I felt it was overcooked. For our entree I got the panang curry, pad thai with tofu and papaya salad. The panang curry was really thick and salty. I barely ate from it. I took it home and added more coconut water and it was the flavor I was looking for. The pad Thai though! That was delicious!!! I'd highly recommend it and the bean sprouts added a great crunch factor! Papaya salad was a lot and very fresh! Overall, I'd skip the curry next time but definitely come for the noodles!

What's Zaap? Thai Food is a gem! The Thai food here is incredibly authentic, and I can totally see why Guy Fieri raved about it - he was absolutely right! The food is awesome, with generous portions that make it a great value. The service is excellent, and the casual ambiance makes it perfect for a low-key dinner. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for authentic Thai, this place is a must-try!

Took the family to this locally owned Thai restaurant after seeing it on the Food Network's Triple D. This place is truly authentic with an inviting ambiance. Chef Paul makes everything from scratch and the food that comes out of his kitchen is full of amazing flavors. His wife Brittany (hope I spelled it correctly) and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.
