I bought barstools and I had an issue with my pick up. It was just a misunderstanding, however, Ms. B., the warehouse manager, stepped in and didn't stop until my issue was resolved. She is fantastic. Every business should have a Ms. B. Thanks to her and Andre in the warehouse, I left very happy. Now I know why Walker Furniture has been a staple of Las Vegas for over 60 years!

Went to purchase some chairs for our Kitchen Island and found three different chair styles we wanted. When we went to pay with our Synchrony bank credit card, we were told that in order to use the card, we needed to spend $350 whether we wanted the Promotion they were offering which was 6 months zero interest. We told them we didn't care about the zero interest, and we just wanted to purchase without the promotion. We were told that was not an option. When I asked the salesperson why we weren't able to use our card, he said that it's not Walker Furniture and that it was coming from Synchrony Bank. I have never heard that at any Walker, and we have purchased from there in the past. It didn't sit well with me, so I decided to call our credit card to confirm what they had told us was accurate. It's no surprise that the Synchrony agent said we can use our card to purchase any amount we wanted on our card, and to qualify for any promotion, we had to spend $200 or more. Just for transparency, our total for our chairs was $320. If this is a way to boost their commission, this is a very bad tactic!

Went to look for new living room furniture and we were welcomed by Bliss. We let her know what we were looking for and she advised us of what area to look through. She gave us our time to look and then checked on us. She was great in giving us the information on the sofas and delivery information. She is great with customer service. Definitely won a customer.

Resist the urge to be cheap!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! I bought a sectional, a matching chair, a mattress, a bedframe (coaster brand), and headboard here about 2 years ago... looked great at first... sectional is shooting feathers all over the place (pokes guests in ass), zippers and fabric reducing to shreds as we speak, bed frame was total crap, exploded into splinters and 2x4 remnants!!! DONT BUY HERE. I'm so tired of cleaning up feathers and adding safety pins for the last 2 years... ugh... its absolutely disintegrating before my eyes... not high end 'as is' furniture... more like manufacturer defects at high-end, high interest prices.

Great selection of furniture and very affordable! Their employee Bliss was very helpful and has amazing customer service! Ordered a couch, bunk bed, and king mattress to be delivered to my home. Their delivering services were very prompt and professional! they gave a four hour time frame but they came in at the 2nd hour and text when they're 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. Definitely will be buying from them again! Thank you!

Yesterday was furniture shopping day with the fam. Walker Outlet Center, known as WOW, was our first stop because we picked up some good deals here a couple of years ago. This time, however, I was somewhat disappointed. The inventory is relatively low for starters, which I don't mark them down. Maybe they had a good year, or perhaps they're watching expenditures; either way, it's their business decision, not mine to make.I do mark them down for the following. The warehouse is colder inside than outside. No one wants to walk around in a warehouse shivering because they're trying to save a nickel or dime on the heating bill. All I know is I wanted to get out of there in a hurry because it felt five degrees warmer outside. Next, the customer service is appalling. Not a single person came over to us to ask if we needed or wanted help or looking for something in particular. If we didn't look like buyers, they made a big mistake. I'm not a fan of salespeople hovering over you when shopping (that's obnoxious altogether), but a complete and total lack of help is taking it a little too far. Finally, the prices I saw didn't appear to be "warehouse priced" or substantially discounted. The prices seemed a bit on the high side to me. All that said, three stars for the warehouse's size and availability is more than fair considering it's located way the hell out on Cheyenne in the commercial warehouse district.They have the "signage" up as if they are adhering to pandemic guidelines. But even with the signs and precautions, I saw warehouse workers with their masks being improperly worn.AT A GLANCE REVIEW:RECOMMENDED: So-SoSERVICE: PoorPRICE: $$$COVID: Does not follow pandemic guidelines.PARKING: Ample. The workers are bloodhounds after being approached by the same sales person for a 5th time in 5 min span me and my wife left. Not an enjoyable place to shop. We bought all of our furniture at RC Willey and World Market much better place to go

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Sold me the wrong size box springs and wanted to charge $35 restocking fee. And also won't give me back cash like had paid them and then said a check "should "be to me in a couple weeks another customer while I was there was sold a set of living room furniture that had no legs.
