A fast-food version of Hibachi-style cuisine! While searching for a lunch spot, I found Volcano Grille and ordered my food to-go online. Their website hyperlinked me to ToastTab and I ordered the following: * Single Protein Plate (Build-your-own teppanyaki plate): Chicken breast (spicy +$1), Grilled Vegetables, rice, and Miso Strawberry dressing for my salad. It comes with a side of 2 sauces and I chose: Creamy Wasabi & Hot Lava. It was actually really good! The chicken and veggies were not greasy at all - they were grilled to perfection! The sauces added a nice kick and additional layers of flavor.[Ambiance] casual, kinda reminds me of Teriyaki Madness, but don't get them confused - this tasted MUCH better. [Service] Excellent! The employee greeted me as soon as I as I walked in. My order was ready ahead of the estimated time, so I didn't have to wait at all. Overall: 4-stars. I love how fast they prepared my meal. It was accurate and delish!

This was my first time trying this place, as it's a new spot in my neighborhood. The food looked amazing on their website, and I was excited to try it. The good news: the food was delicious, and the serving sizes were generous--especially the steak and chicken. But here's the problem: there was only ONE shrimp in my meal. I even moved the veggies around to double-check, and yep, just ONE shrimp. And I LOOOOVE shrimp. Now, this might be their standard, but based on their website photos, I didn't expect that. And I just wanted people to know.To make matters worse, I ordered through Grubhub, so with tip, I ended up paying $45. For that price, this meal just wasn't worth it.

I had high hopes for Volcano Grill, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food was absolutely terrible. Everything was drenched in grease, making it impossible to enjoy. The presentation was sloppy and unappetizing--it looked like someone just threw it on the plate without any care. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which only added to the disappointment. And the taste? Completely disgusting. It was bland, yet somehow still managed to leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I wouldn't recommend Volcano Grill to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the quality of their food. This place is a disaster.

I've ordered volcano grille on doordash before and for it being a 30 minute wait from when I ordered it, it tasted fresh! I just don't order as much because it's quite far from me. I've never actually been inside the location but speaking from a taste perspective it was all there. If it was closer to me I'd definitely go more!

We had stopped by this place before they were open, so we were hyped to find out they were finally opened! We had seen another location before and have been wanting to try. When you walk in, its a bit on the darker color scheme when you walk in. They have two ways for you to order- the kiosk or with a person. I personally find it easier to do it on the kiosk cause you can see the price as it goes up. Basic Plates start at $15 but I'm telling you now- it won't be $15! We opted for the BYOP.Grilled Rice- reminds me of fried rice, nothing specialYakisoba Noodles- it was okay, almost a bit bland and we used some of our sauces to spruce it up.Korean Fried Chicken: i loved the crunch of this. Best KFC I've had in a while and it comes plain.Tofu (plain) which is seared in garlic butter. The tofu was delish! They also have options of sauces, I originally thought it meant it was tossed in our dish, but its on the side. It was okay. Overall our plate cost $21, We shared it and it is definitely not made for two people. We ended up getting more food nextdoor at In n Out. Unfortunately the price point for the food doesn't match and isn't what we had wanted.

This place is a little spot. Decorated invitingly and very clean. You order at the counter. The customer service was a 10! The lady was so nice. So helpful. She was very friendly. I really appreciated her help and explanation of how the place works as I had only been to the other one on the other side of town 4 or 5 yrs ago and it's a bit different than I remembered. I ordered the Japanese fried chicken with half grilled rice half noodle. I opted to try their spring rolls also. The JFC was a bit salty. It was ok. The rice wasn't my favorite. It had kind of a weird after taste. The noodles however were very good. The spring rolls remind me of Panda Express (I probably wouldn't order them again). Would I opt to come here again? Meh.. maybe... I will say give it a try and decide for yourself. I wasn't really wow'd. I do want to leave on a positive.. I can't rave enough about the customer service. It really was good!

I'm between 3 and 4 stars here. The grilled rice was really good- I actually prefer this over fried rice, it's delicious! And the creamy wasabi sauce was absolutely fantastic. I have to hand it to Volcano Grille for their sauce game; it's on point. The chicken was okay, I ordered it spicy and the flavor was great but it was a bit chewy. As other people have mentioned the food is a bit salty, but for me it wasn't anything off putting.

Food looks good, but it was so salty that I couldn't eat it. I ordered 3 proteins (salmon, tofu and chicken breast) with 1/2 noodles and 1/2 grilled vegetable. I got Japanese salsa and ponzu for sauces. The order came out to be $28 plus tips. For the price point, I was expecting some amazing food. Sadly, it was so salty that it hurts my tongue as I kept trying to eat it . I didn't taste the ponzu, and nothing much besides the saltiness.

Warm, inviting atmosphere, friendly greeting and fusion of hibachi with quick no drama service. I wanted fresh and flavorful with variety and value...I got that and more! There were so many sauces and food combinations to choose from. The portions were more than abundant, enough to share later on with my friend and brag about how they missed out but if you haven't tried this Volcano Grille, you're the one missing out!
