My son and I were briefly in town for a volleyball tournament. At 3, he's a handful, particularly after being cooped up on a plane. So we went searching for food. The restaurant itself is cute and tucked away in a mall next to Resorts World. But service is FANTASTIC. Our server Destiny was amazing. She was very kind, fast, sympathetic to the struggle of a single mom trying to contain a potty training feral toddler to a booth and just an overall joy. I wanted to compliment her to her manager but I have a feral toddler who wanted to run. The food was great. Standouts for me were the octopus and the lobster enchiladas but my son couldn't get enough of their rice and beans and let's not forget the chocolate ice cream. Next trip we'll definitely make a point to go again!

We came in for brunch / lunch everyday when we were staying at Conrad. They had dj spinning at brunch, lunch time was more quiet which I liked better. We mostly had drinks there and some light bar foods. I loved the white sangria, guacamole and chicken tacos. Hubby liked margaritas and our bartender made very good drinks. This is a good place for brunch/ lunch, I liked the relaxing and chill atmosphere!

Our first visit to Viva exceeded expectations!Anytime I travel, I always spend some time online to make sure I'm going to places that are unique, exciting and memorable. The stories about Chef Garcia that I found along with many great reviews made Viva an easy choice for our first meal of the trip. Here's what we expected:- A fun, lively atmosphere in a cool location with nicely prepared Mexican & Latin American dishes by a renowned chef.We definitely got that - but here's what exceeded our expectations:- An incredibly warm & welcoming General Manager that recognized our enthusiasm and made some spot-on food recommendations. Katie really made the entire experience spectacular!!- Beautifully prepared dishes that are far beyond "ordinary" Mexican and flavors that made us fully appreciate everything we tried.- A nicely curated cocktail list with great options for everyone at our table.- Attentive, friendly service from everyone that we interacted with.- An overall impression that made this one of the places that we will recommend to everyone who is planning a visit to Las Vegas. The entire staff did a great job and made us feel welcomed. The kitchen staff delivered perfectly on Chef Garcia's creations. The ancho rubbed lamb ribs were definitely the highlight of the night! The guacamole was absolutely delicious. And, even though I was absolutely positive that I wasn't going to try dessert, I'm so glad that we all tried the churros. The consensus from the entire table is that they're the best we've ever had and we will judge all churros against these for the rest of our lives.

Where should I start? From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everything exceeded my expectations. ¡Viva! Hosted our galentines for a social group by the name of BlackGirlMixer & they did not disappoint. The food & drinks were awesome & the service was even better. I enjoyed the shrimp tacos (I don't even eat shrimp) , guacamole was phenomenal, & the pomegranate margarita was my ultimate favorite ! I cannot wait to try this place again for dinner instead of our "happy hour".

This was our best meal during a three day Vegas visit. ¡VIVA! is part of the Hilton Resort World complex. A busy lunch spot with a Mexican ambiance. The service was prompt and attentive. Water glasses always filled and we were continually checked on not only by our waiter but any staff member walking by the table. We started with a Mezcal cocktail called the Desert Flowers of Chihuahua. I have recently become a fan of Mezcal and this drink did not disappoint. Next we had the Queso Fundido that came with small, warm, homemade corn tortillas and chips. The queso had a nice spice to it. Next I enjoyed the Piña Asada Salad with chicken. Possibly the best "salad" I have ever had. My husband had the Barbacoa Melt with short rib and smoked Gruyère. Both of our meals were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!!

I'm a local foodie and I love Mexican food so this place has been on my list. Our server (Ashley?) was actually very good and professional and did warn us a lot of food was a "bit spicy" & my guest and I both like a little kick, but wow it was all just TOO much-Very over spiced in our opinion. The salsa, the guac, the queso fundido were ALL spicy & unfortunately the kick was just too overwhelming. The chicken tinga quesadilla was just thin and needed more actual chicken & a diff flavor -I felt like it all just tasted too spicy & almost all of the same spices were used so there was just no break in flavors or spice level. The manager (Chris) came over so I told him our server was great but the food was all so spicy. He kind of put his arms up like ok well what can I do. So we just let him walk away we were in utter disbelief and were debating if he was actually a manager or just a host...and I said never mind I'd just put it in the review. (speaking of hosts we saw they're iso hiring a "model host" I think they need to hire a chef who has a more vast knowledge of spices instead of iso a hot hosts sorry but "food" keeps people coming back not a model host. This is Vegas they're a dime a dozen. Then another manager (Katie I believe) came by and actually expressed her concerns and actually cared about our opinions and took care of the meal. I am not sure what other things are on the menu and I would like to try to dine again and maybe order other items next time. The spice level definitely has to be changed first tho.

We came here on a Saturday evening and it was busy, but we were lucky to get seated right away. We sat out front right off of the mall-sino area, and there was blaring music both inside and out which was...not great. It's the Strip, so everything is expensive obvs. This was literally the most expensive little chicken quesadilla I've ever purchased. That said, it was good and the sauces were a great touch. Just kind of skimpy. My friend had the enchiladas which the server noticed was missing garnishes; there was some weird confusion over that so someone came later with a bowl of onions? So the food itself was decent and it's an attractive restaurant. Overall, it's alright.

Dined here a few weeks ago.We loved the ambiance!Other dishes were straight forward. The star was my pork dish was to die for-crunchy chicharones with moist and deliciously seasoned and tender meat. I would come back for this dish!

This bar/restaurant is inside Resorts World. I ordered an Old Fashion and it was mixed very well. I could have ordered another one. But had to leave for another stop.

I came here for lunch because I had a $100 credit from Amex fine hotels stay at the Crockfords. We spent less than $85 and walked out full.Vampiro tacos 4/5- overall good! I haven't had this before so I don't have much to refer to but I liked the cheese and chicken rolled up, it had a comforting mouth feel. this felt like it needed sauce or salsa that wasn't provided with it; I used the salsa from the quesadilla order.Quesadilla - 3.5/5 pretty standard tasting to me. It was very similar in ingredients to the vampiro tacos.Side of beans - 2/5 very mid bowl of beans. They give a huge portion; we didn't finish it. Not super impressed but not bad eitherCoco chata- 4/5 it's a coconut version of horchata, really thick and creamy. It's different from what I'm used to but I liked it! Pineapple seasonal Aguas Fresca -3/5 personally it just tasted like canned pineapple juice over ice for me but my fiance liked it. Churros 4.5/5 - it was melt in my mouth type of texture (not the typical chewy thin churro), the flavor profile of a fresh donut, pretty sweet and went well with the chocolate dip. The spork could barely told up the churro because it was so light and delicate. I'm glad we had it and I haven't had a churro like this before. I was surprised how thick it was. Even though I was pretty full I finished this! It's enough for 2-3 people. The ambiance is nice. It feels modern and clean. The waitress and hostess were attentive. The music is very high energy.
