Vegas Valley Batter's Box

First time in Vegas for something other than gambling and having a good time. My son had a baseball tournament in Las Vegas and we were guided to this batting cage place. It was very very good. Had a few cages. The staff is awesome and the kids had a lot of fun.While the kids were hitting and practicing their craft, the dad's and Mom's were a couple of doors down having some beers at a brewery very convenient . So if any of you baseball folks are in the Las Vegas area and are looking for a batting cage for tournament or just a practice, your craft look no further than Vegas valley batters box. Awesome little spot.

This was such a fun experience! My work held a corp team event here and rented the whole space. The facility was clean, well set up and everything was well organized re checking in and accommodations. I had NEVER played dodgeball in my life not even as a kid. So I was actually nervous. Let me reassure you don't need to be nervous if you're inexperienced. The balls are soft like Nerf balls. Unless you have someone with a crazy strong baseball arm, it's pretty hard to sail the ball across the court w enough stank to hurt anyone. Once we played our first game we got really into it! The hour and a half FLEW by! You can really get your heart rate up too while playing. I would highly recommend this place for work team building or employee appreciation. It would also be a lot of fun for parties, kids and adults alike.

Not many batting cages in Vegas or Henderson. We decided to drive down from Northwest to Henderson to try Vegas Valley. We used a Groupon and it was $16 for an hour, there was an additional $15 to use the machine. It was overall cheaper than their regular price. Customer service was very helpful. I had called prior to ask about using the Groupon same day and he said it would not be an issue. Very polite and courteous, he made sure we knew how to use the machine and the basic rules.

2.5/5 rating.Facilities are really clean & nice. They had 4 cages and we were able to walk in.However, the staff was terrible. We went on Thursday 3/2. They didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. We had to say "excuse us, can we get a cage" and they appeared irritated. It was giving "my dad forces me to work here and I hate my life."Pricing was $30 for 30 minutes, which is definitely above average price ($25 for an hour is common at other locations). I would not return based on poor service & expensive prices.

Fun place for batting practice, it is a bit ran down inside and the bats and helmets need to be updated.Price wasn't bad for 30 minutes, and we were both tired and wore out after that.

Son and I went on a Friday afternoon and were able to get in a cage with no wait and use the pitching machine. He is thinking of trying out for his middle school team so we wanted fro get in some practice. What to love. Top notch facility. Equipment in good order nothing looked like it needed repair or unsafe. Bats,helmets, bucket of baseballs all there for use free of charge. Fair price. $15 for half our and let us finish our crate oF balls even though our time was up. Thanks for the fun time we'll be back.

Provided a friendly staff that maintained clean cages. Equipment was easy to work with and is a great environment for the whole family.

Great service and comfortable environment. No one was interruptive of our session. The place was clean and organized. The desk service was transparent yet polite.

Just celebrated by son's 7th birthday here and it was awesome! we had the place entirely to ourselves, kids could do soccer, dodgeball, batting etc It was clean, well organized. Justen was great to work with and get everything set up. We'll be back and highly recommend!

Terrible experience. The kid behind the desk Justin/Dustin was too busy on his phone and didn't acknowledge us. We asked several Q's and he was put out to answer. Left and won't be back. Too bad; I know Bill Marlock and Chad H. Both think he is a jerk too.
