Vatos Tacos

Another successful event was catered by Vatos Tacos!!Shen and his Lady showed up to cater and help us celebrate my sons and new daughter-in-laws wedding. As always, the food was on point! Carne Asada, Pollo Asada, Al Pastor, Ceviche, red and green salsa, guacamole and chips! I can not express how amazing Vatos Tacos are. They are not only "our" taco truck, they are OUR Familia. Thank you for being amazing!

Yes to all the questions! They communicated well, showed up on time (early), did everything they said in the time frame they committed to, the food was fresh and delicious, they are fun, nice and I can't wait to have them make ANY party better soon! Thank you both SO much!

Shawn and Vatos Tacos catered our birthday celebration this past weekend. I had around 45 friends and family to our home and I found his business on Yelp. I had asked around and made several calls around town before I chose Shawn. After reading Yelp reviews, photos and his website I called Shawn several weeks before the event. Once I spoke with him I knew he was the guy for the job.Let me tell you, Vatos Tacos and Shawn are the real deal! He hooked us up with the best tacos and service I could have asked for. He served up the tacos, guacamole, elotes, quesadillas, as well as all the fixings (salsas, chips, etc.). All the flavors were on point, I tried one of everything and I was pleased with it all. The asada, al pastor, corn, quesadillas, guacamole, it all was delicious. Plates, forks, napkins, it was all taken care of so I didn't have to worry about anything. All of my guests were very pleased as well.Shawn was very good and answered any time I called him with a question. He was very helpful in the planning of the menu, how much guac we needed and all. He let me know he was on his way and the exact time he would be arriving to prep the food. He showed up on time and set up his equipment neatly and professionally. I asked for serving time of 4pm and Shawn had the food ready to serve at 4pm, this guy is a pro! Shawn and his partner were friendly, courteous and pumped all of the food out flawlessly. I was very busy being a host and walking around with my guests inside and outside the home. Everyone had compliments on the food and ultimately I was very happy that all of my guests were happy.I am originally from SoCal and my family is Mexican, I can tell you that the tacos will not disappoint. All of the extras you can add to the menu made Vatos Tacos stand out above others I have seen around Vegas. Do not miss the roasted corn and the quesadillas, they are so worth it. I thought Vatos Tacos was reasonably priced and worth every penny, and then some. I do not do big parties or events too often but I am already thinking about when I can have Shawn back again. I would love to try the carnitas and shrimp tacos next time. I will recommend Shawn to any of my friends or family that need some food service in the future.Thanks Shawn!

Asked for a quote. Texted, but never got a response and when I text to ask what's up, they stated they don't do anything smaller than 30 people. Would be nice if that was on the website and it would be better business to respond timely. Won't be using these guys ever. I have functions of 100 often, but I'll go elsewhere.

Vatos Tacos came to cater my Birthday party and theu were so amazing. Very professional showed up on time and the food was AMAZING!!! Really appreciated the fact that they were very cautious about their cleanliness. I will be using them again for sure. If you want a great taco catering at your party then use Vatos Tacos for sure. Thanks again for everything.

Thank you Shawn and Terri for doing a fantastic job catering my Mom's Celebration of Life. It's always a bit nerve wracking when trying someone new, but they were on time, very organized and professional and put out a tasty spread for our guests. The tacos were delicious and the salsas were unbelievable! I will definitely be calling Vatos again for future events. If you are looking for an amazing taco guy I highly recommend Vatos Tacos!

Our gender reveal party was last night and I can't even begin to say enough about how well it all went. Shawn did an amazing job with the food! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how great everything tasted. The tacos the salsa it was ALL delicious! Shawn you rock! Thanks again for saving me hours in the kitchen. My husband and I threw our first ever catered party in our new house. We hired Vatos Tacos for the occasion based on the excellent Yelp reviews. Well, add another excellent review to the list! Shawn killed it! Our guests went crazy for his food - we got the carne asada, pollo and vegetarian tacos. My husband, who's usually a carnivore, wanted to eat light and raved about the vegetarian tacos, and he's not much of a raver. It was really hot outside so we didn't have as many guests as we had hoped, but Shawn gave us the leftovers so I'm fine with it! The salsa and sides were the perfect compliment to the tacos. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

I have used Vatos Tacos several times, and Shawn has delivered every time. I have dealt with other companies in the past and it always didn't feel comfortable especially talking with a child because they had to translate English to Spanish. I know when I book a holiday or a pool party Shawn will be there and he will be on time. Shawn treats my guests like it was at his house and he does it with a smile. The food is amazing and it is truly authentic homemade Mexican.

Shawn's food is the best! He sets everything up, so you don't have to worry about a thing. ALL THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, it will leave your guests full and happy. Shawn knows his business very well and is sure to please the customer no matter what. He makes catering for a party so fun and so easy. I have never tasted Mexican food that was so good before Shawn cooked for us. He is well priced and very professional. If you are considering hiring him and his company to cater for you or for your holiday party you will not be disappointed! He is the best in the business hands down!!! I promise you won't be disappointed and your guests will love how kind he is. I believe in supporting hard workers and he is definitely one. Hire his company, sit back and relax, he will take care of it all! He is very dependable and honest. Great guy and great food!! If I could rate him a 10 I would, he is off the charts!
