The outside of the building/warehouse is nothing to write home about but the food is always excellent, they use quality ingredients, and I've received top notch service every time!

Universal Bakery always does. Phenomenal job. I ordered a custom cake for a milestone celebration for my job as well as additional desserts and they delivered it with extra care. The cake and desserts looked great and everyone was so impressed by the design and taste. This is my go to for desserts.

I wanted to share my sincere gratitude for my birthday cake. Everyone in the office jumped on it and by the end of the day, there was just on slice left. LOL. Everyone had to come by my desk just to let me know how good the cake was. I am telling you, you guys earned a couple of clients from this office and a guaranteed client from me. We ordered a cake for our baby girl's first birthday party. We decided to choose this bakery since they also did our wedding cake, and my husband recalled how much the guests commented on how delicious the cake was. Well, we were happy customers, for the second time. The Birthday cake was awesome, to say the least. The decoration was perfect. We requested Minnie Mouse ears and a bow, with polka dots. It exceeded our expectations. We ordered a two tier cake: white with Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries, and chocolate with chocolate fudge filling. It was moist, fresh and very flavorful. The staff was very professional, responding in a very timely manner and helping us with or requests. The price was reasonable compared to all 4 places I went to, which was the cherry on top. All in all, we were behind happy with their service. This will be my go-to bakery for ANY event, from now on.

I love the staff there. They really care and are on top of things. However it's their bakery hands down for taste. Highly recommend it!

This is a family owned business. They make awesome cakes and the best Churros I've ever had.

The best cheesecake I have ever had was at Sams Town. I was told by staff that it was made by Universal. I would stop by just to grab a slice it was so yummy! Until today...... The texture is the same but the flavor is gone It was blah, bland and boring. What did you do to the best cheesecake in town???

I had the Apple and Cherry pie from Universal Bakery. The crust is so thin and flakey, not like the traditional thick-braided top crust and pan crust, that none of us eat anyway. The crust was so tasty it was actually enjoyable to eat the entire piece of pie. I had it warmed-up with a side of vanilla ice cream, Ala mode style. One of the best pie eating experiences in a long time. Strongly recommend it. And you can't beat the price. Gotta order in advance.

I'm not sure what they do to their cornbread that we get for the casino I work at, but I absolutely love it. It's sweet, almost like a cake. My goodness, I can eat the whole sheet if it didn't make me fat

I've been going to this bakery for a few years, usually to get treats for events. They are a fantastic bakery with unbeatable prices. This is a wholesale bakery so the entrance looks like the employee entrance. Call ahead for your order, they don't have a storefront of pre-made items. Highly recommend.
