Seeing the other reviews, my boyfriend and I were very excited to try this place. But once we tried the food, we were disappointed. I got the shrimp and grits. Shrimp was on point, flavor was okay but I had to throw the grits away which was very disappointing since it's a $16 dish!! It was super mushy and no flavor at all. It can be hard to execute grits but I know it can be done. I've had an amazing shrimp and grits before where the whole dish was flavorful but this particular shrimp and grits, I just ate the shrimp. My boyfriend said his French sausage biscuit was okay. Biscuit was good but he wasn't a fan of the sausage. And he had to add some salt to the hashbrowns. With that said, we only tried two dishes. We just don't know if it's the place for us. The staff and service were quick and friendly, ambience was fitting for the southwest area of Vegas. Just my honest review of the food and hope the owner may took a look back at the grits but who knows, maybe just my opinion!

I enjoy supporting local. Add Union Biscuit to your list of local businesses for a nice breakfast/brunch biscuit option..Your dining experience starts with walking up to 2 cashiers to place your order. They give you a number placard for your table, and you'll stop by the drink station if you ordered one. The team swing by to fill up your coffee when you need it.The dining area is open, decor is minimalist, and the dining spaces are maximized with the table set up. The noise level is your usual breakfast brunch chatter amongs the tables.Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich - When I read those 5 words on the menu, I had to order it. The fried chicken fried Korean style was on point. The sauce, kimchi slaw, Korean pickles worked well together with the fresh biscuit. This Korean inspired Biscuit sandwich was a creative collaboration.I'll swing by Union Biscuit again when I'm in the area during breakfast time. The Nashville Chicken biscuit sandwich is next on my list to try. Enjoy!

I'm happy that Union Biscuit is here to bring another great breakfast spot to the southwest. If you're a, Vegan you'll be happy to see they have a great vegan section on their menu. We got the Vegan Fried Chicken Biscuit, which we were happy to see also came with vegan cheese (it wasn't mentioned on the menu). The $3.00 unlimited coffee was superb as well. We came on a Saturday around 10:00. I'm not sure how busy they are most days, but it took us about an hour to wait in line, order food and have it sent out. They're very popular, so definitely be ready for a bit of a wait. It's worth it, though. The interior is fairly large and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Suggestion to management: ya'll should consider adding Just Egg to your menu. You could offer vegan versions of your egg meals and folks like us would love to order it!

This is just what The Bend needed! I love a mom and pop restaurant with the cutest story and the most comforting food. The moment I saw biscuit... I knew I had to make my way here. I didn't realize they just had their grand opening the past weekend (went beginning of February). When you walk inside, you can feel the warmth. The windows make the room so bright with the natural lighting and their choice of the light wood with the green sage color is so soothing. You order your food on the left side and you get seated after. Everyone was also so warm and inviting, especially one of the owners, Honey. I mean even her name is so dang sweet!! These place was BISCUITS everything. I didn't realize you could make so many things with biscuits. The staff helped me choose what to order. The staff favorite was the biscuit French toast so absolutely said yes to that. Also had to get their biscuits and gravy because... it's a classic. Lastly... needed to at least balance out all the heaviness, so I got these fried oats, but the kimchi version! If you're wondering what fried oats are... it's literally is that! Fried oats but they made it taste like friend rice! Because it's oats, it's healthier for you and has much more fiber. I was actually confused at first.. I saw some fusion in their menu options. It turns out that the other owner, Kyung, is Korean and added some Korean flare to his dishes! That brings me to their cute story! Kyung moved to the US from Korea and one of the first dishes he had was biscuits and gravy. He loved it so much that he and Honey created Union biscuits. It's for the love of biscuits and a union with his culture. My heart!!! This place is also affordable and I don't know how they do it! Definitley coming back for more!

Come to Union Biscuit for a great scratch made biscuit brunch. Glad we have another brunch spot that opened in the Southwest. The signage Breakfast, Brunch and Scratch made drew us to union Biscuit. Lauren P was our server and answered the couple questions we had and was very knowledgeable about their biscuit options.Today we ordered the mini biscuit and gravy and the French toast style biscuits. The French toast biscuits were great with cinnamon, whipped cream, fresh fruit - blueberries and strawberries, candied walnuts and maple syrup, 5/5 would get again. The mini biscuit and sausage gravy was also delicious which you can opt for the mushroom gravy if you so choose. The mini is one biscuit and the full you can also add eggs. They offer some outdoor seating, coke product beverages, tea and coffee. Love the photo op spots, like the Risk it for the biscuit sign, the vestaboard is cool with rotating sayings like "In biscuits we crust" and various quotes. Plenty of seating in this bright brunch spot with booths and tables available. The servers also come around to check on you which takes their service to the next level.Thank you, Union Biscuit, for a delicious brunch. Will definitely be back again to try other menu options.Tip: 10% Military/Veteran discount available.

I couldn't decide what to order so I got both dishes! The French toast and gravy and biscuits were fantastic. The gravy had a mushroom option which was so flavorful. I can't wait to come back and try something new, or get it again honestly. The service was great too, we got the bottomless coffee and they even came around to fill our cups. When I arrived I was worried because the line was out the door but they move quickly! You order at the counter and they bring the food to the table. Some people in line behind me were concerned about getting a table but you don't reserve them, there is a dedicated person that gets a table for you.

If you think you like biscuits, you will LOVE the biscuits here. We had a simple egg and cheese biscuit and it was incredibly good! The biscuit reminded me of what my Utah grandma used to make but better! They have a large selection of breakfast sandwiches and other items too. They also offer just biscuits and a spread as well. I'll be back this week they are that good. Service was fast and super friendly! The location is ideal as it's on the corner of Durango and sunset with lots of parking and Mothership coffee next door too (iykyk).

First off I want to commend the awesome service my girlfriend and I received when visiting for the first time today! All employees were super friendly, warm, and helpful!Upon walking into Union Biscuit I noticed that the entire space was clean and well lit. The employees were super accommodating and even grabbed me water even though it looked like the drink area was self serve! The selection of delicious looking dishes was endless (I really wanted to try everything on the menu but settled on three dishes between my girlfriend and I).We ordered the Kimchi Fried Chicken Biscuit, Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit, and Biscuit French Toast. The chicken in both dishes was large, juicy, and perfectly breaded/fried. The biscuits were tasty and not dry. The Biscuit French toast was BOMB and came with a house made whip crème and fresh strawberries and blueberries. We also ordered an Ice Honey Coffee which came with a dollop of their house crème on top, it was so good! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu and would definitely recommend visiting this spot for some great service and amazing food!

We've been so excited for Union Biscuit to open, and they certainly did not disappoint!! The biscuits and gravy were some of the best that I've ever had. We also ordered the biscuit French toast (absolutely unreal) and a biscuit sandwich, both of which were phenomenal. You can tell that all the food is made with so much love. Flavors on point, biscuits baked to perfection, amazing friendly staff!! We can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!
