Nice surprise!!! Ordered the two piece, "Dark" incredibly well seasoned, crispy breasted chicken. The skin is light, yet perfectly crisp. I can tell the chicken is marinated as the flavor permeates throughout. I'm not usually a potato wedge guy but they were airy and the potatoe skin was nicely crisp as well. Had a side of jalapeño Mac n cheese. Sharp cheddar flavor with perfect accompaniment of jalapeño not overpowering it. Great balance!!Don't sleep on the Green Chile Pork soup either. A Southwest delight!

We have been there twice and the food was less than ordinary and their peach cobbler had few peaches and a very thick crust very little spices. I would not recommend it if you like good food.A. Leach

Went on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty. I recommend that they get some better signage because they should be packed! We ordered broasted chicken, broasted potato wedges, green beans, cole slaw and fried gizzards! Everything was delicious and service was top notch. Staff constantly cleaning while we ate in. Definitely will be back!

Decided to see what all the talk about broasted chicken was about. The place is very clean. I was greeted by a very friendly employee. Their menu is pretty big but I was there for the chicken. I ordered the two piece dark meat, spicy meal.It came to around $16They came with of their potato wedges which are huge and one side which I chose the jalapeno mac and cheese. The chicken tasted really good, it was very juicy and tender. It wasn't very spicy though.My only complaint was it was the smallest leg and a thigh I've ever seen. The potato wedges were okay. But the standout was the jalapeno mac and cheese. It was amazing! It was spicy enough to make your nose run and you would go back for more!The pineapple cream soda was another standout. Delicious I'll go back there another time and try their ribs.

Ok, I'm in love with Two Sisters Broasted Chicken!A taste of home with this Southern style chicken and sides establishment!My first visit was this past weekend and I was thoroughly impressed! A very nice and shiny new interior welcoming guests as they entered.The broasted chicken was outstanding! Extremely fresh, hot, juicy, and large white meat pieces. Their spicy version is fine, but to me it didn't separate from the original, so I'd stick with the original.The other meats that I tried were the catfish which is a Southern staple, and theirs didn't disappoint! Large filets with a nice breaded coating, and the interior was flaky and fresh! The smoked brisket was perhaps slightly overdone, as I prefer a little pink to the interior, but you can't argue over the wonderful flavor!The potato wedges are fantastic, and so is the jalapeño Mac! A little more kick to the jalapeño Mac would be great just to separate itself from the regular Mac!
