We have stayed here several times and love it. Not too busy and dining options are great. Very well maintained premises and rooms were clean, a bit outdated, but clean nonetheless. Only grievance, towels could be more 'fluffy' and change out from coil mattreses. Overall, we would stay here again.Check in was done online, and all we had to do was pick-up the room keys. Staff was friendly and we dined at Pub 365 and Marikyn's Cafe.. both were delicious and servers were top notch. No pictures, but will add to review next time we visit.

I might be generous with this review. More of a 2.5 star visit, but rounding up.Quality/Quantity - Huge rooms and suites. Thank you.Too bad it was outdated and in need of many repairs.Restaurant options:Bistecca (Italian), Marilyn's Cafe, Pub 365 (I actually wanted to try them, but there were so many better choices in LV), Caffe Bottega, etc.Atmosphere - Huge resort, 27 acres, and walkable to the strip. Two pools, gym, spa, convention space (40k square feet), live entertainment, etc.Events, specials, etc.Plenty of free parking.Open 24/7. Service - No service... Asked for them to make the room everyday, and NOT one day did we get service?!?!It got to the point that we just asked the lady (housekeeping) in the hallway for extra towels, etc. So I guess self service...?Price - $250, and you get what you pay for...First time trying this brand, and maybe the last time. Not sure how my wife chose this.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2000.

Dealers are fun, tables are nice.Security is lame. But the pit bosses are not the nicest. They racially profiled my black friend that was just watching us play, they came up and harassed him for his ID for no reason. Then interrupted me when playing craps..Straight poor customer care, this was our first time at the casino as locals that play everyday it's a poor way to treat people on a holiday at that.We understand everyone needs an ID to play, but why ask someone that's just waiting for a player to finish up. I don't know if he was too dark to play and hangout or what. Poor judgment Tuscany security You are unable to articulate words and actually listen to what someone is saying.

For the price the Tuscany is a great deal. Rooms are big and clean. No microwave but I guess you can have one delivered to your room. I saw a bunch of microwaves stacked in a maid closet.I had issues with my keycard. Apparently, the battery was low in the lock mechanism, and it worked sporadically. I had to go back to the desk and by now I was 14 in line. There were only 3 clerks and it took about 25 minutes to get to me. They sent a maintenance man to replace the battery. The bartender was not friendly. No greeting or talk at all. This was after standing in the warm and stuffy line trying to get my key situation rectified. Bad first impression. Mellowed out after that. The casino is totally chill. You can tell a lot of locals go there. The parking is super easy. They floated each of us $50 on a rewards card as new patrons. Ended up walking away with about $300 which paid for our stay. Super happy about that! Price of the hotel is very reasonable. The onsite gym is phenomenal. I ended up working out two days and the machines and cardio equipment are nice. Very large space. I was impressed. The casino has a showroom where "The Rat Pack is Back" is playing. Fantastic show. It really took my wife and I back to the old school Vegas vibe. Highly recommend it.

I spent much of April attending several conferences at Tuscany Suites, and it was the perfect place to host large groups. The parking is easy, and there are great choices for restaurants and fast food. Its location off the Strip is ideal--centrally located and within walking distance to the Sphere and many other attractions.I stayed there for one of the 3-day conferences and found Tuscany Suites to be a hidden gem. It's affordable and close to everything. The rooms are very spacious, featuring a kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, and a bathroom with all the bells and whistles. While the decor is a bit outdated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped venue for conferences or a stay in Vegas, I highly recommend Tuscany Suites.

Great customer service and decent rooms at great prices. Also, plenty of free parking which is rare in Las Vegas now. The rooms are large with a small kitchenette and small fridge that you can actually use to store your food or drinks without being charged for. Overall, I would stay again. I don't mind being away from the strip while saving money. The rooms are a bit dated but that's not a functional thing when you are saving on the room rates. The rooms are clean and well stocked.

Tuscany Suites served as my home on a recent stay in Vegas. Just a bit off of the Strip, it is conveniently located to get to most attractions and also to the rodeo grounds at Horseman's Park. The exterior of the hotel and casino are well landscaped and maintained, and the public spaces inside are fairly neat and clean as well. The decor in the rooms is a bit dated/tired, but I was more concerned about having a clean place to lay my head and Tuscany filled the bill. The guest rooms are distributed through several detached buildings around the main complex. I thought that would be an inconvenience but it actually turned out to be an asset as it made parking a lot easier and brought the building down to a human scale instead of the typical Vegas hotel monolith. The only negative I noted was the elevator seemed a bit creaky and slow and on the verge of needing service but otherwise it was just fine. I did not go to the casino but I did eat at one of the on-site restaurants, Marilyn's Cafe. Food and service were adequate but nothing remarkable. If you are looking for a place to stay while you are out and about going to other Vegas attractions, the Tuscany will probably fill the bill nicely, but it just isn't a destination property. It is a decent value for the money however so it really depends on what you're looking for.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE TRIP!! We called the front desk and they just sent a guy up, twice, that told us "yeah your water is cold" after he turned on the bath and shower water. Yes, I told you that. One of the maintenance guys his name was Jay, said it was actually a valve issue and they were waiting for this valve part which mixes the hot water with the cold water, and said that they don't have the part yet and so all they have is cold water. THEN DO NOT RENT THE ROOMS!!!! WTFI WANT A REFUND. I would have gone elsewhere in all of Vegas than this place. Plus, you'd call the front desk, and they'd hang up on you, or they laugh at you. They told me I needed to speak to a manager so they transferred me to the manager number. Nobody was ever there, I'd call back and they'd hang up on me, I'd call back again , and they'd say there's no Manager here. What a complete runaround, oh yeah, but they wanted my $425.I'm leaving negative reviews every place I possibly can.

We're not experienced Vegas "goers", but we can't imagine a better place to stay for the average traveler! Rooms are amazing; great showers (always #1 for me), clean, and good beds and linens. Restaurants are tasty and reasonable. And the room rates are unbelievable given the quality of the resort. This is now our "go-to" stay in Vegas. Oh, and the staff is wonderful too!
