Food was fantastic as always. We come here often and have never been disappointed by the food. Our favorite servers are Humberto and Janel. We haven't seen Janel in a while and she came by our table to say hello and she is always such a breath of fresh air and so sweet. Really nice that she remembered us too! Humberto is so attentive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Thank you for your great customer service tonight Humberto!

4:45 pm visit on December 6thReview #58 of 2024.We popped in for a quick bite before the Christmas parade on Water Street, eager to sample their well-reviewed burgers, which are priced quite reasonably.We were seated around 5:15 pm, and the staff was impressive. Our server, Christy, was friendly and attentive. Our food started arriving around 5:50 pm. The place was bustling, but the kitchen did a great job of sending out orders as they came in.My wife quickly received her garden dinner salad, and it was spot on. The kids shared a Neapolitan shake and absolutely loved it.For my meal, I ordered the Fish & Chips, which were tasty but a tad on the oily side. I also had the triple cheeseburger, which was incredible, especially with the caramelized onions I requested--it really elevated the flavor. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, which were bursting with flavor. The mozzarella sticks had that delightful cheesy stretch, although the kids found them a bit lacking in taste. The chicken wings were perfectly breaded and had a great flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and just right. My raspberry tea was a bit on the sweet side, so my wife had to dilute it with some water. The portion sizes were generous, especially given the prices.All in all, we had a great experience with both the food and the service. Andrew assisted Christy and did an excellent job, and Mirlaine (sp) was a delightful hostess and cashier. We would definitely return in the future, but at a less busy timeframe.

We have been here many times and the service and food is always good. They are very accommodating. These casinos are typically visited by locals so when we come in from out of town and in a large group, it can get very difficult but they always handle it perfectly. The food is always good and they have some great specials. This was a Friday visit so Fish & Chips were on the menu and I really enjoyed them. The dipper fries were really good and they always have a variety of new options.Janelle was awesome and made us feel like locals ourselves. Totally recommend coming here.

This diner is located in the Rainbow Casino. Our waitress was super nice and upbeat and the food came out pretty quick. The best thing we had were the crinkle fries. The Rueben had fatty meat, not a fan. The fried chicken ranged from over fried and sat too long to undercooked and not crispy. This place is a breakfast spot vs dine in dinner spot.

Bad food & terrible customer service. This restaurant is always busy due to cheap prices. I placed a carry out order but I should have checked it after I received it. Attached is a photo of the order of pancakes I was given. I brought them back & asked for the manager. A seating hostess came by & took a picture of the pancakes. When I asked what that was about she said that she's going to show it to the chef because "he never believes us when we tell him about this". When the manager finally came by, he looked at the pancakes & said "that's not good", picked them up & I never saw him again. I had to ask a server if they would find out what was going on.

We've been here a few times. Today we went for lunch.Is he busy but fun atmosphere. Our server was great. We loved her sense of humor. The rest of the staff look like they were really enjoying their job too. A song came on and they were all dancing and singing to it.I started with the Bavarian pretzel which was huge. I had the meatloaf which came with a salad. The wife had the big tex BBQ burger. All the burgers are doubles and come with a side.The meatloaf was very tasty and moist. It came with mashed potatoes and vegetables. You just can't beat the value of this place.

I am glad that I discovered this restaurant in the back of the Rainbow Club Casino. Great value and old school ambiance. I really appreciated the service I received from both Josondra and Jeanette. Thank you to Jamie, the evening manager, for stopping by table to add to the high level of service.

Just left this place and let me tell you DISGUSTING! Daughters side of ranch came with pieces of someones salad in iit (We didnt order any salad) Asked for well done burgers and they werent well done sent them back to hear the blonde manager with glasses practically yell at the waitress Jo that they are well done, as she fingered through the food and complained LOUDLY to the cook about how we were wrong, YES WE HEARD HER! So RUDE! NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY ARE GETTING REPORTED FOR THE RECYCLED CUP OF RANCH DRESSING They served us. ai would give no stars but had to leave 1!

This place is located inside the Rainbow casino which is about a half a block away from the ice rink. I tried The Logger sandwich with crinkle fries and everything was yummy. The sandwich was like a Philly cheese steak except for there was Ortega chilies on it. The fries was perfectly crispy and because they didn't make enough fries, they brought me more on another plate. The ranch was bomb and the service was awesome! Yes, I got coffee refills.

Great food, inexpensive, and great casino food comps. A major reason my family dines here for breakfast is the amazing service - from food servers, drink runners and table busses - all are on their game. Server Andrew Jackson (real name), is outstanding. He thrives in his role as a "hometown style" server who could easily transition to any high-end restaurant in this town. Great job Andrew and the entire team!
