This review is about tortillas, purchased two set of tortillas yesterday 3-22-2024 and did not notice manufactured date until we got home, one of them is over a month and a half old, and when I bought them the lady said they where cold because they manufacture them at another location, clearly a health hazard selling tortillas that are over a month and a half old, the other set is only 12 days old but still if it's taking that long to sell clearly they aren't the best.

This review is for their tamales and champurrado. I stopped by 10/10/21 since their reviews on google said they had "the best tamales in town". I ordered 4 chicken tamales, 2cheese/jalapeño and a champurrado. The cheese tamales were basically just the masa with the tiniest amount of cheese and like a slice and a half of jalapeño. The chicken tamales were dry and needed more of the green sauce but i doubt that would have helped much since the flavor was nonexistent anyway. They make their champurrado with water instead of milk and charge you $3. The champurrado wasn't good at all. Had to add sugar and cinnamon when i got home just so it wouldn't be a total waste. As you can imagine I will never come here again for tamales

I wish that they were closer to my house but I will say that they are some of the best tamales I have had since moving here to Vegas. The first time we had them we purchased at our church and although they were kind of pricey, they were actually very good. Didn't mind paying the money for a fund raiser and good product. We got the card and drove to the little store and discovered that they are $13.99 for a dozen which was way cheaper than what we paid at church. The masa had very good flavor and the red Chile had good flavor and there was plenty of meat. Almost tasted like the homemade ones we make for Christmas at my house. If you want them on the weekend it is best that you go early so that they don't sell out. They sell other foods as well but I have only had the tamales and the chicharrones which were good as well.

One word: Tamales! Best in town. Even better than the ones people try to sell you out in the Northtown parking lots. . Go here! They are so warm and fresh on the daily at 8am.. Im not sure on pricing but you can get a large order discount. They also cater if you pick up. You cant go wrong with their mexican food.

I went to this spot after hearing their advertisement on the radio, I bought a dozen tamales 1/2 pork 1/2 chicken. The flavor of the tamales was good but the masa for the chicken tamales was dry. It was very disappointing! I will probably not be back.
