Glad there's a great katsu place on this side of town! I came on a weeknight and was seated immediately. The restaurant had great decor (as does many places in Vegas) so it would be a nice place to catch up with friends or enjoy comfort food on a very casual date. (It's a bit bright inside, so not super romantic, hence why I say a casual date lol.)I ordered the chicken katsu here and was happy with my meal! It came with the sesame seeds that you grind yourself before your meal, which was a nice touch that I appreciated. The breaking on the chicken was flaky with panko breadcrumbs and fried to a nice, light crisp. The chicken itself was huge, but evenly cooked and moist throughout! It was definitely a comforting meal. Next time I go with company, I'll try one of the udon or soba combos!

What a gem. Stopped by for dinner with friends. Service was good and the decor was beautiful. Not a huge restaurant but happy there were sears available when we arrived. Food:Niku Curry Udon A few katsu dishes. Can't remember the names. The Curry is really good. I loved the al dente udon and thr thin slices of beef made it extra delicious for me. The katsu batter was so light. I enjoyed the crispiness and flavor. I think that was a highlight of itself. Overall, I'd return again.

This is a great spot if you're craving Japanese food, especially katsu!Their menu has a wide variety of options including different types of katsu, curry, soba, and udon. If you can't decide on one, you can get combos as well. Some of their more unique offerings are green tea soba and pizza katsu, which is essentially tonkatsu topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. If you ordered katsu, you get to have fun grinding your own sesame seeds while waiting. We got the chicken katsu, beef katsu, pizza katsu, soba, and udon. The udon noodles were springy and chewy, while the soba was a bit softer than the slightly firmer soba I'm used to, but it was still enjoyable. All of the katsu dishes we ordered were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside.I'd come back again when I'm craving katsu or soba!

Bf and I enjoyed this place. The katsu was not dry inside which we really liked. We also liked that we got to grind our own sesame seed for the katsu sauce. The curry plate was also a good option. We went for dinner during a weekday so it wasnt too busy and the service was quick.

i love how diverse this place is having the combination of curry, katsu as well as noodles all together. You can order separately or get a combination plate with a mix of either or all together. I absolutely love curry and its rich, flavorful taste and this place definitely served one of the best curries i've yet had! I absolutely loved their korean katsu as well, definitely stands out from all other katsu breadings i've had, it is like a "crunchy cloud" literally! you can get the "katsu" version of multiple meats/seafood as well as veggies and mix it in with the curry or noodles. Very unique presentation and dishes.

Was craving katsu / curry and decided to come here. I've been here before and I remember it being good so wanted to have it again. You have to wait to be seated. And there was only one person who was the waitress /taking orders. Once we sat down she gave us water. We looked over the menu and there's lots of options! Everything from curry to katsu to soba to udon. All that sounded really good. I got the fish katsu + udon, the fish comes with cod and halibut. The meal comes with salad, pickled red thing idk but it was good lol, tofu, and sauces for the katsu. everything was delicious!! The batter on the fish was so light.. idk how to explain it but it's good!! It's different. The curry tasted very authentic as well. Will definitely come back. It's nice inside as well, lots of tables.

Still great and consistent quality. My family always enjoys it here. Light and crispy batter on the katsu and love that we can mix and match to get combos. Service is always very friendly. We go early and it's never busy. Not a fan of what they clean the floors with as it leaves a sticky residue.

There's so many curry houses on Spring Mountain Road, so it was hard to figure out which one to choose from. However, Tora's pictures on yelp were mostly curry photos. They don't have much to choose from so I figured their money maker is curry. The chicken and pork cutlet curry was so delicious. The Japanese curry is your typical Japanese curry with some flair. The breading was unique, flaky, super crispy and light. Not into soba, but my buddy said it was delicious Was great as well as the ambience! I'm going back there again soon! Service was great!

Hidden gem of Spring Mountain corridor. The katsu breading are all made in house. This ranks up there along with other places we've visited in Japan. So it is safe to safe it is very authentic. The staff is very kind and will help you navigate through the menu. Tora has one of my favorite decorations along Spring Mountian. It is very spacious and the decoration is very modern.

This is probably one of the best curry places in Vegas. The way they season and bread the meat is delicious and so good. Service was great, considering he was the only one serving the entire restaurant, constantly came back and was helpful. Very clean and nice inside, the decor is really cute.
