I'm so disgusted how you can hire new people & talk so down to them in front of customers. I was so embarrassed for this poor guy who was obviously NEW and still learning the system, as he had 3 note cards. To be Standing over him & have the nerve to say very (loudly) "IM NOT WAITING UNTIL SATURDAY FOR YOU TO FIGURE THIS OUT, IF YOU GET IT OR NOT I DONT CARE YOUR DONE". Mind you again this was said right in front of myself & 4 other customers while ringing my stuff up. Of course I inserted myself into that conversation "YOU SHOULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO PULL YOUR EMPLOYEE TO THE SIDE & NOT REPRIMAND HIM IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, THAT EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL" because of course this man isn't going to risk loosing a job "INFLATION" right. Whether or not he was not "figuring it out" for a while, you don't announce something like that. So to the new guy ringing me up with your note cards, you were very sweet & kind, they don't deserve your time and you don't deserve that hostile work environment.I'm really disappointed because this is the only shop that carries my vape juice that I've continued to give business too often, but never again

I usually love this smoke shop && never have an issue but tonight i bought a vape && it didn't work. I went to return it && they gave me a new one. Tested it in store- that one didn't work. They give me another one, but a different flavor (one i never asked for). I was thankful nonetheless && took it. Not even 2 hours later, my vape is flashing, puffing on its own, overheating && not puffing when i try. I call to complain, the store employee says to come back && i can get another one. At this point i don't even want the same brand. I get to the smoke shop && the employee now tells me he's not supposed to exchange things && he's doing me such a big favor no one else would do. That was weird, because I've had many places replace a vape that's broken that I've purchased from them. He gave me anooother vape of the same brand && wouldn't allow me to pay the off cost of one that was $3 more. It made no sense.

I've had reoccurring incidents on every visit lately it seems. Thinking because they are cheap, they can treat myself as a customer badly because of a issue of COVID personal space and safety being rudely violated on numerous occasions. Curbside -pick-up isn't my preference when using only cash. Therefore, I'll be reporting the noncompliance incidents to the State health agents real soon. This shop was close to where residing. Now, compelled to go elsewhere to obtain my Kratom/CBD.

I went here to buy a new vape. I was looking for the VooPoo Drag 3 since my girlfriend lost mine! When I asked how much this guy told me 110$!! I said thats crazy. Thats almost 100% mark up! When i told him another shop has the same vape mod for 80$ he told me to "go there then" He was very rude and unprofessional.. Anyways. I went to the other smoke shop. Im not sure what its called but its on pebble and eastern by the little smoke shop. This whole store is nothing but vape and accessories. Turns out the same mod i was buying was only 60$!! At this place. Tell me why they have to completely rip people off and on top be rude to customers. Ive spent a lot of money in this place and didn't appreciate it. Not sure the guys name but i can guarantee he's the shortest guy in the building. You cant miss him.. C'mon bro, totally unnecessary and unprofessional... I wont be back to this place after finding the the new spot. Don't pay double here.. Shop around. Your guaranteed to find a better price.

Hands-down the best Smoke Shop in town... This guy has the full supply anything you could possibly imagine or even need or not need it in stock twice... He works with you on prices if you're hard up home but he's never said no to me. I have a new favorite stop. KRATOM Connoisseurs such as myself, you should also pop by here and check it out it's worth the stop, Run-of-the-mill prices like every other Smoke Shop but there are a few hidden gems inside he seems to get brakes on... I'm in there every day

If you're going to look at pieces I'd recommend just going to another smoke shop. My boyfriend and I come here often but as of the last few months whenever we come in we will wait by the glass be greeted then asked if we can wait for the line to be helped. But the employee takes all the customers in the line and we end up waiting like 40 minutes while he's taking customers that walked in way after us. We even went to stand in line and he still didn't help us right away. Poor customer service. Sad because I spend hundreds at this smoke shop on pieces!
