I had no idea that Toca Madera had brunch but we went on Sunday on my birthday. They had a dj and he had good music playing. We ordered some oysters and carpaccio with some drinks. Our server was so helpful in helping us order and they came by often to check on us. They even had a man playing guitar coming around the restaurant which was a nice touch. We ordered a wedge salad and some steak and then finished with some desserts: the brownie a la mode and the butter cake AND BOTH WERE INCREDIBLE I can't wait to come back here when the weather gets nicer .

Made a reservation for 2/26/24 Wednesday at 9:45. It was me and girlfriends first time going there and I have to say we did not have a pleasant experience. First I've been sober for 1 year now and I specifically asked the server if they have non alcoholic beer and she said yes so I ordered one. Then the runner came and brought me a corona extra. As soon as she dropped it off I told the runner that I did not order this and said I ordered a non alcoholic beer. She took the beer back and no one ever came back to give me my non alcoholic beer. Then when we got the check and the server charged us for a corona extra and a non alcoholic beer which we never received. I tapped the server to get her attention to see if she can take those charges off and she didn't acknowledge so we were so irritated by this point we just paid and left. The food was actually good but the service was not a good experience. And to top it off it was our anniversary.

What a gem of a restaurant! So many restaurants on the strip are glamorous and Toca Madera is no exception that. To start off, for brunch, service was fantastic, chips and salsa arrived quickly and the waits for food and drinks were reasonable. The restaurant feels like a club and noise level could be a little higher to some, but this vibe took me away. It reminded me of a dining experience you might have at a classy beach club. Our group enjoyed all the drinks, and FYI, if you order a bloody mary, they come over with the fully loaded bloody mary cart.Everyone was pleased with their dishes. I loved the breakfast enchiladas. Also, their guacamole with pomegranate seeds - very tasty, well balanced. It's a great place to check out if you value great service, unique Mexican dishes in an aesthetically pleasing setting.

Yelp Review 2025 #51:With no exaggeration whatsoever, this has been the worst dining experience in Vegas I've had within the last 5 years. We made a reservation to celebrate my Aunt's birthday and it was ruined by the hour wait and the unapologetic people. What even is the point of being able to reserve a table if you're having your diners wait an hour??? It's completely asinine!About 20 of use were waiting outside the dining area, and a few more were waiting outside the restaurant also with reservations. Each party would follow up with one of the four hostesses and their default response was "you're next!" Instead of having four hostesses, this place needs more cooks and servers! All of us who were waiting began chatting about the ridiculous wait. When we finally got seated, again with no apologies for the wait, the music was blaring and our seat was vibrating the whole time. My head was hurting from being hungry and the unnecessarily loud music. Our server , Ofelia was the only saving grace. She was pleasant. We got chips and salsa. We placed our order: Short Rib Enchilada x 2, Chicken Hot Rock, Truffle Manchego Fries, Cilantro Lime Rice, and Guacamole with Plantain Chips. The sauce that came with the fries was weird and overpowered the truffle flavor - it just didn't work. My Aunt got a free birthday dessert which I believe was a vegan chocolate cake which was dense like a brownie. The food was mid. Nothing to write home about. There are lots of better upscale Mexican restaurants you can visit in Vegas, you can definitely skip this one. Nothing was impressive except maybe for the aesthetics.TOCA MADERA SIMPLY SUCKS!!!

Restaurants on the Strip typically exude elements of glamour and opulence. Everything seems to be dialed up in the showy city of sin. As a local, I hardly go out to dine on the Strip, but when I do, it's always a fabulous treat.Toca Madera is one of those places. Its location alone within the Crystal shops already gives it a connotation of luxury. The initial entrance looks like an intricate patchwork of branches and trees, with bouncers present. You walk into a Zen-like entryway that features a long fire pit, and a small pond with large stepping stones. Great photo opportunity. The theme of trees and crafted woodwork is apparent throughout. We were seated in a separate VIP section for some reason. Maybe due to it being a birthday dinner treat. This seemed quieter and more intimate than the main room, but as the night progressed, it did become louder.Overall, service was excellent throughout the evening. I forgot our server's name since it was back in November, but he was attentive and personable. Cocktails: EL PAPASITO comes presented with smoke and flair. Very fun. I chose the EAST LOS cocktail because I enjoy the flavor of grandfather-y mezcal. Complimentary chips and salsa served. We ordered the CRISPY WONTON TACOS made with MAINE LOBSTER as appetizers. They're mini and come in two. The quantity may be the low, but the quality high. I savored each bite. The TOCA CAESAR SALAD was a great starter as well. Everything just tasted so fresh. The FLAT-IRON STEAK were our entrees. Presented on a hot stone plate, still sizzling. I believe they were in 8 oz portions. For sides, we chose the TRUFFLE MAC AND CHEESE and the STREET CORN. It was recommended to us to just choose two because they're shareable. For dessert, we chose the brownie with ice cream, but since it was my birthday, they also gave me the BROWN BUTTER CAKE, sparklers included. The neighboring table even sang to me, which was such a sweet memory.

We were seated in a smaller dining space which felt like being in an underground vault, but it was intimate and very cozy. Then a lady steps onto the bar and starts this amazing performance with two sticks on fire... And the running theme of fire, just kept presenting itself over and over throughout our dinner. Love. THE FOOD. - Guacamole & Plantain Chips | Plantain chips are crunchy, mildly sweet, and dense. Paired with a flavorful and slightly spicy guacamole side, this appetizer is a great starter to share.- Chips and Salsa (Complimentary) | Light & crispy tortilla chips with fresh, flavorful red salsa.- Crispy Wonton Taco (A5 Wagyu) | Small tender chunks of A5 wagyu meat with a dollop of kizami wasabi, and micro shiso. The flavors are delicate floral aromas, a little spicy, and savory. Nice balance. - Street Corn | Charred and sweet with cheese and chili sprinkled on top. - Toca Caesar | Added grilled chicken for extra $. The garlic herb crumble and truffle manchego cheese stood out the most. I liked the crunchy explosions of lime pepitas and the chipotle tomato Caesar was a nice, lighter version of the typical Caesar dressing. Highly recommend. - Branzino | It's a mild, flaky fish; delicate with chipotle mezcal butter and a lemon on the side to add zest. Easily, best dish of the evening. - Churro Ice Cream Sandwich | Twisted churro, fashioned into a bun sandwich with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between and fresh berries on the side. A small cup of warm cajeta (similar to dulce de leche) is poured on top to make this extra sweet and creamy. - Brown Butter Cake | Because one dessert wasn't enough for us, we ordered this sweet butter cake with berry sauce in the center. Also comes with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, toasted feuilletine crumble, and bourbon toffee sauce. THE DRINKS. - Passion Fruit Margarita | Tropical flavored and citrusy. The tequila adds a kick. - Ghost Rider | Distinctly tequila and strong. It's garnished with a lit sugar cube on top. - Ghost Rider Shot | Got this complimentary because we're badass like that. THE RETURN? Would love to go back to try other dishes.

We walked in on a Friday morning and were seated within about five minutes. We ordered something savory and sweet to share, the tres leche French toast and breakfast burrito. The size of the burrito is deceptive it's a really good portion burrito and filling. The potatoes that came as a side are really good, crispy and pairs well with the salsa. The tres leche French toast was also big and really good, although tres leche is typically more wet with the leches. The service was wonderful. We could tell they take pride in ensuring the guests have a great experience. Will definitely return when we are back in Vegas.

For fine dining Mexican food on the strip this is a really good spot. It is a dimly lit restaurant that can be very busy, so I'd suggest either getting a reservation or take your chances on availability. We ordered Toca Caesar, Truffle Mac & Cheese, NY Steak and Japanese Wagyu Flight. Out of everything I will definitely say the think you must order is the NY Steak. The NY Steak had a nice crust to it and compliments well with the roasted garlic it comes with. The Toca Caesar and Truffle Mac & Cheese are definitely good and worth a try. I don't see myself ordering it again as I would like to try something else. The Caesar salad was good but it was kind of too creamy and cheesy than I'd like, and I love cheese (ironic). The Japanese Wagyu Flight is something I would definitely not order again also. For the quality and price, it's definitely just a show piece and not something I'd recommend coming here for on its own.Overall I feel like this is a really good place to take someone on a date or just feel like you're off the strip as you can feel like you're in a whole different world when you enter. It isn't the easiest to get to (as far as I know) since you'd have to park in Aria or Crystal shopping and walk to this restaurant. But it is definitely worth a try if you're around the area. It is located in between Aria and and the Crystal shops.

An incredible experience. First - the design. Wow... this place has such a unique, beautiful, mesmerizing ambiance and design. Second, the beautiful fire artist and the guitar player - OH WOW. We loved every minute of these two. Third, the food. Every dish was spot on. The one thing that annoyed us was when a different server took away our half full Guacamole and salsa, but once we said something they immediately brought new dishes instead.

To begin, the service here is absolutely amazing. They accommodated for us so many times and dealt with us being indecisive. Our waiter was very sweet and filled up my water every time he passed by even if I haven't taken a sip xD. They sang my friend happy birthday and provided a complimentary DELICIOUS dessert that had fruits brownie toffee and ice cream. Please do yourself a favor and come here on your birthday, that dessert was amazing and so worth it. Food: I ordered the chicken al pastor which was so flavorful, sweet and tangy. However, to me it felt too sweet for my liking and I probably would not order that again. My friend ordered the salmon dish and that was one of the best prepared salmon I've had ever! I will come back for this one day 100%. Drinks: I got the toca margarita which was great, no complaints. We also ordered como la flor which had a very unique taste. I can describe it as bouncy with notes of rose and coconut. Very yum and highly recommend, it's cute for photo op too. Ambiance: I usually love dim restaurants but here I have a slight complaint that it's toooo dim. The picture with the menu you can see how dark it is and how splotchy the lighting was. It was so difficult to read or see anyone that it took away from the fancy sultry lighting to I feel kinda blind. The performers were absolutely amazing - we watched a fire dancer and it was a great experience. Besides the lighting, this restaurant is perfect where the food matches the ambiance and music. Loved this experience. Will be coming back
